  2. have the ability to show contact counts by timeframe similar to email sends.

    The ability to see the growth/attrition of contacts is a key KPI that should be trackable on the platform.

  3. Have a "deal field match" trigger for pipedrive

    Have a "deal field match" trigger for pipedrive. You already have a "person field match", why not one for deals? Sometimes I need to pull data from pipedrive deals to trigger journeys and I can't do that right now.

  4. New "Add to Salesforce Campaign" Journey Action

    Can you add a new Journey Action to allow a Lead or Contact to be ADDED to a Campaign with a set member status?

    The action "Set Campaign Status" is already there so the fields required for this are already in AP and it would fulfil the automation promise of AP.

  5. Have multiple owners/admins

    There should be the ability to have multiple owners/admins. Or the ability to adjust permissions/settings or roles for who can do things like delete users who are no longer with the company.

  6. Rename Images in the File Manager

    The ability to rename images in the File Manager once the image is uploaded and to add alt tags for better searchability of the images. Otherwise, we have to sift through pages and pages of images to look at the image content and determine which image we need.

  8. Change salesforce integration preferences

    Currently, our salesforce integration is set to sync once every 10 minutes, and it seems to be even longer when dealing with campaign level events. This can turn a 5 minute process into a 30 minute process while waiting for the information to sync from Salesforce. It would be lovely to be able to sync that information manually from the settings>salesforce>manage sync page. That way, we can make sure that information moves accurately and efficiently.

    Normally we add "view online" for email newsletter, I do not see this option or feature, please enable/ develop this feature. Very critical.

  10. Fix the editor so it doesn't copy/paste formats

    I find the editor pretty disappointing- it interferes with the formatting from previous applications even after I've reformatted to the right fonts in the editor. I need to reformat a few times in the editor for it to display the right font/sizes.

  14. Add the ability to jump to specific page in contacts

    Currently, we only have the ability to go to page 1 of contacts, and then click next until we get to our desired page. It would be great to be able to click directly on page 46 out of 50, to be able to more effectively browse the contacts. it would also be nice to have the option for more than 20 contacts at one time.

  15. It would be nice to not have duplicate contacts in journeys

    I saw that we could have contacts going into multiple journeys. Is it possible to have a feature that allows to choose whether a contact can go into a journey or not regarding if it's already in another journey ?

  16. Widen field for selecting emails from the email selection shape.

    When adding an email to an email shape, the box is too narrow. It doesn't allow you to see the full names of the emails, so it isn't possible to differentiate between them. This probably 3-4Xs the time it takes to set up a new journey. I think there are a few solutions ...

    1) Just make the whole selection box wider.
    2) Add a hover state that shows the full name, like you do in segments/lists.
    3) Implement a selection tool that is similar to the one used to browse segments and lists with the the segments shape.

  17. Early Access Email Manager Custom Field Email address for "From email address" Field

    Email manager in journey allows custom field --customemail--

    Early Access Email manager forces a real email and will not allow you to pull from the contact record.

    For workflow you have to put a placeholder and then add and recheck each email in the journey.

    Increases potential for mistakes since it is manual updating rather than templating as well as extra steps in the QA of the content

  19. Hide Sesitive Information

    It will be perfect to have the option to hide certain sensitive information from the profiles of customers to show instead of example@example.com — *****@example.com or so, same case with the names of the customers or pretty much any information the admin determines is necessary to have hidden for A or B reason.

  20. Pre-fill customer data in online forms

    Would be super helpful for the API to pull custom user data from Autopilot, and populate this data in online forms, when links to forms are embedded in buttons on emails sent through Autopilot.

    This way users will have a better UX and will decrease form drop-offs
