  1. Pause a journey vs stopping a journey.

    COVID-19 has me with the need to pause an active journey, but I only can only stop a journey, which I dont want to do bc I dont want my contacts to start the journey from the beginning.

    Full Email Report, of all records on a list with what action they took. Bounced, Open, Click Through, Unsubscribe etc
    Current reports only allow downloading a list with one type of action at a time

  3. provide a way to see what journeys a contact is (or isn't) currently in

    I'd like to be able to see at the contact level what journeys contacts are actively in.

  4. delays respect weekdays

    Is there a way to have the "delays" only consider week days. For instance, we sell B2B and sending a follow up in 4 days, is very different than sending the initial email on a Friday and the follow up on a Monday. Most of the people we send to only check emails during work hours.

  5. Allow uppercase letters in email fields

    Some email addresses are case sensitive. Rare, but it happens.
    I want to be able to respect the uppercase letters that my contacts fill.

  6. Download reports in CSV or XLSX files

    Please allow report exporting in CSV or XLSX, it's actually quite unbelievable that this feature is not available, considering how advanced is Autopilot as a marketing platform.It's a very basic feature... Please add this!

  8. Ability to switch the user your Slack account is connected to without having to reset up everything

    AKA if an employee who's slack was connected to Autopilot leaves the company, you can switch accounts.

  9. Indicate what lists are being deleted especially when it comes to large amount of contacts

    Please can we indicate what is being deleted when it gets deleted. Especially large amount of lists because the system does it in sections and when it gets done over a period of time, it makes users nervous as to what is actually being deleted.

  10. Auto-refresh Salesforce Fields after reconnecting to Salesforce

    I reconnected my Salesforce because of a previous issue and then had problems with my journeys because somehow I wasn't able to configure the Salesforce shapes anymore. It seemed as if the connection to Salesforce was broken. In the end I figured out it was just that Autopilot had forgotten the available Salesforce fields. The solution was pressing the "Refresh Salesforce Fields" button in the filed mapping. Took me long time to figure this out. Maybe it would be handy if Autopilot would always auto-refresh the Salesforce fields after every reconnection.

  11. Allow us to create our own unsubscribe page, or at least in the short term improve your current default page.

    Allow us to provide a url where users are sent to after clicking on Autopilot's unsubscribe link.

  12. Activity Stream Error Notifications

    When testing, I noticed that some of the Activity Streams that are sent from Autopilot do not reach the destination endpoint or there is an error. I have no way of knowing that the stream failed.

    It would be great to have a notification whenever an Activity Stream receives a 400-Bad Request error so that I can take action

  13. woocommerce integration

    There are some simplistic integrations with Woocommerce available through Zapier, but from what I can see, the personalised tracking of orders and repeat visits etc doesn't transfer back to Autopilot). A native integration would be great.

  14. Include timestamp in user visits

    Currently I can get visits of a user, but I don't have timestamp agains the visit. Can you please add that. And also can you please explain why you haven't added that by default?

    I would like if Lists and Segments could be sorted by A-Z, date created or contact size. It would help to find the list or segment so much easier.

  16. Preview email links (URLs)

    Instead of sending a bunch of TEST emails, it would be nice to show a client their funnel by having URLs of each email in a journey so that they can see step by step and when they want (not dig for test emails)

  17. Send (or make visible) Sendgrid reputation score

    Currently, Autopilot users need to ask support to see information about their Sendgrid reputation. Could Autopilot send a monthly digest email summarizing those numbers, and/or give Autopilot customers access to Sendgrid's information about their reputation?

  19. Action to send Intercom message

    An action that can send an inapp message directly from Intercom. Another automation tool (Encharge.io) can already do this and I think you guys are much better than them.

  20. Send emails to the account owner when Salesforce errors are logged

    Send an email to the account owner email address to notify of any salesforce errors to prevent them from going unnoticed and so crucial journeys don't stay broken.
