  1. Google Analytics Integration

    Being one of our main Hub and centralized points of analysis, this integation is a huge miss for our Data.

    - Ability to send / update Events and/or Goals in Analytics
    - Dynamically created UTM tracking
    - Add to GA audience for Analysis
    - Many more..!

    (Segment is able to do this, but a costly option for many)

  2. Allow selective syncing of Pipedrive Contacts and Leads

    It currently syncs all Contacts only with zero flexibility. Many of the Contacts stored in Pipedrive are not active.
    I would like to be able to selectively sync Leads or Contacts based on field value(s) or Pipedrive filters (e.g. Lead status is Open), same as Salesforce.

  3. Allow syncing of Pipedrive Organizations and Pipedrive Deals along with Pipedrive Persons

    Right now Autopilot only pulls Persons' info, along with the Organization's name, if a Person is associated with and Organization

    I'd be nice to have the Organization and Deal information along with the Person's information too, e.g. Organization website (which is a field in Autopilot), location (also an Autopilot field), and Organization industry (helps a lot in segmentation)

    Sync Autopilot Activities with Pipedrive to display activities (email sends, opens, page visits etc) on Person records in Pipedrive.

  5. Feature Request, Integration: Integromat

    Integromat is far superior to Zapier. They have a visual builder that makes it very straightforward as to what the actual connections are. You can have multiple branches that come from multiple sources in one scenario similar to Autopilot's visual automation builder. It would allow a large exention to Autopilot's already amazing automation tool.

  6. Emails from the "notifications" shape - Show emails sent / delivered / opened etc.

    It would be nice to see if notifications were sent, and if they sent correctly, if they were opened etc. and also to create rules based on whether or not the email has been opened. I think some people would want to check that internal notifications have been sent/opened etc and, if not, take automated action.

  7. Move "proactive headsup" into "journeys" as a "trigger."

    There are two reasons for this:

    1) That's what it is. Proactive headsup is nothing more or less than "anonymous visitor" being a trigger for a journey.

    2) As such, there is no reason why you wouldn't want (or *need*) the full suite of options for journey management. For example, why wouldn't I want to track conversions as a goal? Why wouldn't I want to AB test?

  8. Add activity type to Pipedrive Activity action

    Currently it's only possible to create "Task" activities using the Schedule Activity action, but this is not always appropriate. Being able to set the activity type would allow us to analyse the volume of different types of activities being scheduled and performed. It would also improve the 'scan-ability' of the activities on a deal.

    The Pipedrive API allows for setting the activity type (https://developers.pipedrive.com/docs/api/v1/#!/Activities/post_activities), so including a simple dropdown in the Schedule Activity settings would suffice.

    Full Email Report, of all records on a list with what action they took. Bounced, Open, Click Through, Unsubscribe etc
    Current reports only allow downloading a list with one type of action at a time

  10. Tracking other parameters than UTM codes

    At this moment, only UTM codes are trackable with AutoPilot. I would be great if we can track other parameters too, to distinguish different pages or forms on a web page.

  11. Pause account instead of deleting contacts

    Since we are using the tool for three two-week campaigns a year, I have to delete all contacts to downsize our bill.

    Instead of deleting anything, I would much rather be able to pause my account when I'm not using it.

  12. Allow Merge Tags in HTML box

    It'd be great if you could utilize merge tags in the HTML box of an email. This way, you would be able to swap out photos, and other things, by using custom fields, rather than having multiple templates, each with different photos.

    Support something like this:

  13. Create Pipedrive Action to Add Note

    It would be really useful to be able to add a note to a deal from a journey.

    E.g. someone submits a contact form that Autopilot is monitoring. I want to be able to create a new deal (this works) and then add a note to that deal with the information that was submitted in the form (no way to do this now).

  14. Download reports in CSV or XLSX files

    Please allow report exporting in CSV or XLSX, it's actually quite unbelievable that this feature is not available, considering how advanced is Autopilot as a marketing platform.It's a very basic feature... Please add this!

  16. Add texting messages to a specific number

    It would be great if one of the actions was texting a specific number from the twilio account. For instance if when a lead responded to a message that message was able to be forwarded to a personal number

  17. Automatic stop journeys, which their date has passed

    Journeys that are scheduled to a specific time (like certain mailers), should be Stopped automatically, once time has passed

  18. Allow Liquid Syntax to Have Hyperlinks (Link from Dynamic Content)

    It's great that we can load dynamic content based on users behavior but we'd like to allow our users to click that content.

    Use case: We have an article recommendation system and I'd like to populate parts of our emails with content for that user and let them click though to read the full article.

    For some reason, the 'Send Test' function works for this but not when you push it into production (which we learned the very hard way).

  19. Offer date field that is not affected by time zone

    I need a date field that syncs my date from Pipedrive and without converting time zone to GMT....

    "Autopilot automatically adds time element at 00:00am in GMT time if no timezone offset is applied. For example, if the Pipedrive date field value equals to 2019-01-02, it would be created as 2019-01-02 00:00:00 (GMT) in Autopilot.

    That is why it's appearing a day before because we're taking the value came over from Pipedrive and then further converting it to your timezone. To avoid this, I'd recommend you to create a text type field in Pipedrive and sync it to Autopilot date…

    From Customer - "It is a very strange billing system to have so many absolutely tiny charges - I've never seen anything like it and I doubt any other business does this. I strongly recommend that you think about changing how you do billing. It surely makes no sense at your end either, having to pay a whole lot more in credit card fees."
