  1. Google Analytics Integration

    Being one of our main Hub and centralized points of analysis, this integation is a huge miss for our Data.

    - Ability to send / update Events and/or Goals in Analytics
    - Dynamically created UTM tracking
    - Add to GA audience for Analysis
    - Many more..!

    (Segment is able to do this, but a costly option for many)

  2. Allow selective syncing of Pipedrive Contacts and Leads

    It currently syncs all Contacts only with zero flexibility. Many of the Contacts stored in Pipedrive are not active.
    I would like to be able to selectively sync Leads or Contacts based on field value(s) or Pipedrive filters (e.g. Lead status is Open), same as Salesforce.

  4. Allow syncing of Pipedrive Organizations and Pipedrive Deals along with Pipedrive Persons

    Right now Autopilot only pulls Persons' info, along with the Organization's name, if a Person is associated with and Organization

    I'd be nice to have the Organization and Deal information along with the Person's information too, e.g. Organization website (which is a field in Autopilot), location (also an Autopilot field), and Organization industry (helps a lot in segmentation)

  5. Feature Request, Integration: Integromat

    Integromat is far superior to Zapier. They have a visual builder that makes it very straightforward as to what the actual connections are. You can have multiple branches that come from multiple sources in one scenario similar to Autopilot's visual automation builder. It would allow a large exention to Autopilot's already amazing automation tool.

    Sync Autopilot Activities with Pipedrive to display activities (email sends, opens, page visits etc) on Person records in Pipedrive.

  7. Create Pipedrive Action to Add Note

    It would be really useful to be able to add a note to a deal from a journey.

    E.g. someone submits a contact form that Autopilot is monitoring. I want to be able to create a new deal (this works) and then add a note to that deal with the information that was submitted in the form (no way to do this now).

  8. Allow Liquid Syntax to Have Hyperlinks (Link from Dynamic Content)

    It's great that we can load dynamic content based on users behavior but we'd like to allow our users to click that content.

    Use case: We have an article recommendation system and I'd like to populate parts of our emails with content for that user and let them click though to read the full article.

    For some reason, the 'Send Test' function works for this but not when you push it into production (which we learned the very hard way).

  9. Exclude internal traffic/ip from Autopilot (just like Google Analytics)

    The heaviest users of a website tend to be people from within the organisation. So it makes sense to remove this group from your Autopilot traffic otherwise your visitor figures will be artificially inflated by internal use. Your data will also be skewed by their behaviour, and have a detrimental effect on conversion rate optimisation.

  12. Tracking of devices and channels

    It would be great if we could see, if the leads entered the website from a mobile device, desktop or an iPad.It would also be helpful, if we could see the channel they entered from - whether it's an organic search or a paid service like Google Ads.

  13. Creating Blocks of Shapes so that it can be called later in other journeys.

    I usually use some shapes together and have noticed the format sticking with all my journeys. For example - Send Email - Update Email Sent On - Add Delay - Update Email Sent Status - Check Email Status and so on. If there is a provision to create Blocks, like sub-programs, they can be called as a Block rather than creating the structure again. The journey representation would also be simpler. I think it would make journey creation faster and representation easier to understand.

  14. More integrations

    I applaud the effort to refine the core parts of Autopilot, and we are committed to Autopilot with the expectation that as we scale up in 2019, we'll see Autopilot scale up their integrations.

    Lot of suggestions to build more integrations on here sort of confuse things, especially the fact that there are some key integrations missing. I am all for limiting integrations to a specific ecosystem... so if you have a good push notification partner, why add ten more?

    That said, we should probably be native on Twitter, Linkedin, Instagram, and there should be more options in Zapier for…

    Similar to Removed from List Trigger. When a contact leaves a smart segment, this new trigger could be used to
    - remove them from FB Audience
    - remove them from Google Audience

  17. Go deeper into pipedrive integration and allow filtering on deals properties

    The notion of deal is badly missing from autopilot and the only way to bring it is through pipedrive integration (maybe salesforce as well but I will never use it). The problem is that you allow filtering on deal status with "check deal stage" but not on deal properties. You do this with the contacts : "check person field", why not doing it with deals ? It would solve many problems and allow a lot more possibilities for personalisation.

  20. Show who opened mail on mail statistics page

    I want to be able to see who opened a specific mail when I am looking at its analytics inside the journey live-view by clicking an email analytics button. Currently, i get to see all kinds of info like opens/bounces etc. but not who opened. From within that window i AM able to add everyone who opened the mail to a list, or export everyone who opened the mail to a CSV file, but seeing who opened straight away would be much more convenient.
