  1. Integrate with google data studio or partner with a connector like supermetrics!

    Currently I product owner reports that inputs data from salesforce, analytics, adwords, google sheets, etc. The one big piece I am missing is bringing in data from autopilot.

  2. Activities NOT synced as Events in Salesforce

    It would be really great if in Autopilot we could change how Activities are synced with Leads. Right now they're synced as Events on a Lead or Contact record which can cause 1000's of events to populate on a calendar that's connected to Salesforce.

    Ideally, would like activities to be synced as "Tasks" in Salesforce and not "Events"

  3. filter contacts by their email performance

    It would be great to be able to filter contacts by their email performance statistics, i.e. to send an email to contacts who open 90% of the emails we send to them.

  4. recursive time triggers

    I would love for the time triggers to be able to go off once a week or on some sort of repeating basis. That would be a huge benefit!

  5. Zapier "Contact not found" should not be an error

    When our main system has someone marked as unsubscribed we send a delete action to Autopilot. If the contact exists they are removed. However if they do not exist your integration currently throws an error: "The app returned: Contact could not be found.". This is a valid result as we needed to ensure that contact wasn't there. In absence of a search for contact action please add a flag where it will still return a success even if the contact is not found.

    Integrate with Pipedrive's newly released Leads Inbox feature. We're beginning to use Leads Inbox to handle our MQLs in Pipedrive and need a way to trigger them into journeys.

    Can we have a way to have videos play inside of the email so our customers can view it without opening a new tab? We have links we want our customers to click on after they watch it, and if we can't have the video play in the email itself, it will take them away from the Call to Action buttons.

  9. Be Able to Schedule When a Journey is Published

    Sometimes there's a need for a journey to be activated at a certain time, but not immediately (e.g. to complement another journey that has just been activated). It would be useful to be able to schedule when a journey is published.

  10. Support Segment "Page" visits

    Autopilot supports Segment "Identify" and "Track" calls, but not "Page" visits. If supported, users wouldn't have to install another code snippet into their application and can fully utilize Segment.

  12. Possibility to send email and SMS through specified API

    We would love to see the option of sending SMS and email through our own API/endpoint. Instead of sendgrid directly sending the email and SMS through Twilio - we could receive the information from autopilot, and process it internally (check customer status, check what ever else want) before we send the email or SMS through our own suppliers, and can log the communication into our own systems/CRM system so that the information that the customer has received can be gathered at one place and easily retreived if so needed.

  15. Pause a journey vs stopping a journey.

    COVID-19 has me with the need to pause an active journey, but I only can only stop a journey, which I dont want to do bc I dont want my contacts to start the journey from the beginning.

  16. Query by first name in the JSON get request? I’d gladly cover the development cost.

    Everyone could build out incredible personalization if we could query JSON based on customers' first names. I read thru the documentation (https://support.autopilothq.com/hc/en-us/articles/360007000691-Personalize-emails-with-Liquid-RSS-and-JSON-fetch) and it says, "Please note that we don’t currently support having your own query string parameters added to your URL."

    This would be a very easy to implement addition that would enable everyone to build out incredible personalization for their email templates.

  17. Include custom fields in main contacts view

    Customer asked that we allow for other fields than the standard ones in the contacts page on the dashboard. They find the standard fields of name, company, email, source, status, created to be somewhat limiting. What would it take to make this page editable?

  18. More detailed email reporting

    In the reporting dashboard, it would be nice to be able to put in your date range and see what emails were sent in what journeys and how they were performing. The only option to do this now is in the specific journey, but a lot of our campaigns are nurture and having to go into each one is tedious and annoying.

  20. Ability to add the email name as a merge tag

    Ability to add the email name as a merge tag to be displayed in the email body would be very handy and help when reviewing and testing.
