Integrate social media channels as actions
It would be helpful to be able to post to social media channels as part of a Journey. Examples:
- DM or tweet out via Twitter, FB Messenger etc
- Post to our company FB page when an action happens (eg: a new member sets up a listing, post notification)10 votes -
Customize contact layouts
Hi,
My company doesn't utilize many of the included fields within AP as we use a number of custom fields. This makes the default contact view pretty much useless as we are unable to view any pertinent data. I've attached a screenshot that should help explain the issue.
We would love to have an option to customize the fields shown in the contact lists. Another small perk for us would be the ability to customize the layout of fields for individual contacts.
Love the product though!

Conditions: Check Salesforce Field - Ability to check multiple variables
I'd like to be able to check multiple conditions on a specific Salesforce field. For example, the Lead Status field in Salesforce is a picklist with multiple statuses. Prior to sending a campaign, I'd like to check that the Lead Status is not equal to: Dead, Do Not Contact, Out of Business.

In your dashboard add an option to create a test / sandbox version of the project. To be used for test & development - for example my staging environment would send calls to that project.

Change 'Thank you' message on headsup after subscribing
It would be nice to have the ability to write a custom 'thank you' message when someone subscribes via the headsup or even trigger a redirect if that's possible.

Make possible unlimited subscribing/unsubscribing from a journey.
I would like to find a way to make possible the user to unsubscribe from a special journey and later let the user subscribe to the same journey again, and after unsubscribe again, end resubscribe again. It would be useful for a journey about notifications of actual trainings for example. So I am looking for a way to unlimited subscribing/unsubscribing from a journey.
What I tried so far didn't worked, Smart segments with UTM parameters works only once. The next time the user is already inside the segment, so it won't trigger anything.
I would appreciate any solution. Thanks a…

Save my timezone in global settings for time delays.
I have to change each delay from LA time to Sydney time and sometimes overlook it which means my emails get sent at the wrong time...

be compatible with multi-page wix sites
I have a website I built in Wix and noticed that autopilot has a hard time tracking multi page Wix sites. This was confirmed when I contacted customer service at autopilot. I am dissapointed I can't take advantage of your great service.
