Show which contacts are in which shape
There is currently no way to know which contacts are in each shape.

Journey analytics with usernames
Currently it is possible to see how many people are in each stage of the journey. It would be even better if we could see in a report who those people are. Our journeys represent our onboarding flows and with Autopilot we could see which users are not progressing and we could take corrective action.

Provide a way to pause a Journey rather than stopping it completely
Sometimes I want to pause (or unpublish) a journey so that it stops running while I make updates or verify that other journeys aren't conflicting with it. But then I want to be able to publish it again.
Right now if I "Stop" a journey, there is no way to restart it other than to copy it to a new journey and publish again. This requires many more clicks and is highly innefficient.

Add the ability to edit & optimize the plain text version of HTML emails
It would be nice if there were a way to customize the plain text version of emails sent through Autopilot.

Clean up duplicates
Sometimes people enter their email twice. It would be nice to be able to merge those duplicates.

allow merging of two contacts
A contact has entered journeys with 2 email addresses and requests to just use one. Merging would allow for complete history of contact vs simply deleting the extra contact.
Another scenario is a contact who initially enters a journey with a typo in their email address. Updating the contact info and merging both names would keep history intact.

Add conditions for Segment events
I'm trying to migrate my email campaigns from another tool. Some of the campaigns have logic like
1) if the user has signed up
and 2) the user HAS NOT triggered an activation event
3) send X email campaign until they trigger the activation event. This could be setup by enabling Segment conditions:
a) if the user has trigger an event (x times)
b) if the user has triggered an event with a property
c) if a user has NOT triggered an event18 votes -
Multiple Headsup message style options
It would be great to be able to select different display styles on Headsup messages:
-centered lightbox
-header dropdown message (i.e. Hello Bar)
-bottom right modalIt seems like the difficult part of building the logic of when to trigger Headsup has been done - this is just giving us options to choose what message is displayed and how.

Option to set phone number as unique identifier instead of email
In asian markets, lots of people don't use email address, but are heavily reliant on their phones. Therefore some companies benefit from using a phone number as unique identifier instead of email.

Tags for contacts
So you don't have to run through tons of checks every time you send an email. Basically allow contacts to be tagged, similar to "update field," in a journey and then be able to segment by tags. Also allow custom filters that automatically add or remove tags like Gmail does.

Functionality to grant users different permissions within an Autopilot account
Want to be able to control the amount of accessibility a user has. Want to be able to give user access to one particular campaign, or just the reports of the campaign (and not the templates). Similar to box, where a user just has access to one folder. Want to be able to have multiple clients in one system without compromising information.

Single out the browsing history of Anonymous visitors
This is currently done for known visitors and allows to see the navigation paths and return visits for a specific visitor. It would be nice if we could do the same for specific Anonymous visitors.
It would help identify trends.

Make an RSS integration
We'd like to pull RSS feeds into our Autopilot emails so our subscribers can get blog posts sent via email.
159 votesAdminChris Sharkey (CTO, Autopilot) respondedYou can pull content from an RSS feed into an email using Liquid: https://support.autopilothq.com/hc/en-us/articles/360007000691-Personalize-emails-with-Liquid-RSS-and-JSON-fetch-Beta-. This functionality is currently in early access so please contact our support team for it to be enabled on your account. The reason I’m not updating the status of this suggestion at this time is because there is not yet functionality for triggering an email when new content is received via RSS (i.e. some kind of RSS trigger).

Customizing SMS sender name
Currently, when you're sending a SMS, the sender name is SMS, it could be great to be able to customize it with our company name or other name.

Enable syncing with Microsoft Dynamics CRM
Whilst we could/will sync to our MS Dynamics CRM via an API - it would be great if simple syncing was offered for MS Dynamics CRM. This can't currently be done via Zapier as they don't offer and app for MS Dynamics CRM yet. Making use of the 'shapes' in the journey to integrate directly with actions and triggers on our CRM would be great!

Send Headsup Message from SFDC Owner
It would be great if you could automatically choose the Headsup message to be sent from the Salesforce Owner - much like the functionality available in the Send Email Action.

Add mobile push notifications as a channel
It would be awesome to have push notifications as a channel available. It's the only reason we're not using Autopilot yet.
