  2. Check email interactions for the past interval

    In order to choke the amount of interactions we have with leads, it would be great to have, on the Condition "Check Email Status" an option that says "Any email in the past [interval]".

    That way, if a contacted had indeed received "Any" email in the last 8 days (for example), he could be put on a time delay of.. let's say... another 8 days.

    This is useful for leads that overlap multiple segments.

    I would like to send an email to someone from Outlook or Gmail, in a way that AutoPilot tracks whether they have opened my email or not?

    To make this happen, I would send the email to a special autopilot email address such as:

    Trackme-xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx@autopilothq.com

    I would then imagine that the first line of the email (to be stripped when Autopilot resends it) would have a format like this:

    John Recipient johnrecipient@gmail.com Mary Sender marysender@gmail.com

    Autopilot would strip the above line and add tracking pixels before resending the email to the recipient as though it were the sender.

  5. Allow manual reset for re-sending an email

    When I have an error in an email address I want to correct it and re-send the same email in the same journey.
    Now however the Send email box remembers that it tried to send the email and does not allow it again.
    An idea of solution: I'd like to see and manually tick off the list of remembered emails for a "Send email" action. Alternatively have a list of sent emails in the contact and be able to re-send or remove manually.

  6. Email administration module

    Quite new to Autopilot, but it's an incredibly powerful tool. There's just one big thing missing for me, and that is proper email administration. The current implementation of emails is pretty much the opposite of the other features of Autopilot–not very flexible at all .

    Some thoughts off the top of my head:
    • Possibility to alter templates after uploading.
    • A simple DAM for all graphical resources.
    • Modular (use master template, build content from blocks, see attached gif)
    • Connecting suggested modules to segments.
    • Inbox preview (mobile/desktop, client vs client)
    • Spam test

  8. Develop blacklist capabilities to block unwanted people from abusing/spamming the Proactive Reply Back.

    It's a common feature for most MA tools, so it's surprisingly absent from Autopilot. Having a blacklist is also helpful in keeping gated content out of the hands of your competitors.

  10. Segmentation journey flow

    We can see where an individual has been and what emails they have opened, but it would be good to see the typical user journey for a particular segment - for example: I have a segment for all the decision makers in my overall list (CEOs, MDs etc...), it would be great to see where most of these people go (40% go to the pricing page for example)

  11. Expand function of the "Add Salesforce Task" Action.

    I need to be able to associated tasks (that I've created with "Add Salesforce Task") to a Campaign in Salesforce -- this shouldn't be a difficult upgrade since "What" (aka "WhatIs) is a standard relationship that Salesforce provides for.

  12. Make a trigger for when Field "is not empty" anymore

    Set a trigger to be when a field "is not empty" anymore. This is helpful when you want to monitor a field but its potential content isn't predictable (unique or randomized data); you want to trigger the journey if that field is filled with something, without having to identify what that string is (right now you can only trigger if you know the contents "is.." or "starts with.." or "contains.."

  16. Allow Upload via CSV delivered by FTP

    For those of us who don't have CRMs that are integrated, it would be unbelievably helpful to be able to upload a CSV file of customer information to an FTP and have it uploaded via a script into the software.

  18. Track the number of visits to a particular page

    It will be nice to have trigger like:

    "After 5 visits of the pages that contains '/product"'

    Technical you already track page visits, so a COUNT() will not be hard for you (if you are in SQL of course).

  19. Define multiple URLs in the 'form submitted' module.

    Make it possible to define multiple URLs in the 'form submitted' module to customize submission tracking with out creating a million 'shapes'. If you have similar forms, the only way currently is to create a huge amount of 'form' shapes, which isnt ideal - as the flow overview becomes messy.

  20. Ask questions and access knowledge base from guidebook from guide book

    There is a problem with information being in multiple places, so when I'm making working on a journey I often have to stop what I'm doing and look around for a while through both the guide book then the knowledge base to find out if the question has an answer, if someone else has a suggestion or if I need to make a suggestion or ask a question.

    It would be nice to be able to access the knowledge base, vote and post ideas from the "Guide Book" button. Or at least search to see if answers exist.
