Download Dashboard
Would be great to be able to download the dashboard to a CSV and be able to see length of time spent on each page.

Specific page headsup should overwrite global headsup messages
I would like to setup a global headsup message for sitewide use. However, if I now add a headsup for a specific page, it is overwritten by the global headsup. In my opinion this should be the other way round.
Now an easy fix is to remove said specific page from the trigger of the global headsup, but this requires an action by me or my teammembers which can easilly be automated.

Add list health stats to lists
Add open, click, opt out, bounce, etc. percentages to the top of a list display to easily see the health of any list. Or have a list summary page to see these stats.

Headsup Goal Firing:
Can we fire off a conversion goal / event (or redirect to a thankyou url) from a Headup submission? (so we can buy clicks based upon this goal conversion?)

I want to have people pay a monthly subscription to be a member of my list, I can't see how to do this here, and Paypal's subscriptions seems right .. so does that need to be integrated?

Smart Segment Criteria of "Has Submitted Any Form"
Currently you can see if a user has engaged with "Any email" through our Smart Segment criteria. It would be useful if you can filter those that haven't submitted any form. This can be useful when you are starting to segment your database for inactive users.

Add the ability to identify the first X users
This is useful for competitions where the first X users receive something.
There are a number of different ways to implement this:
- Add a Condition for "Is one of the first X submissions", or "...first X visitors"
- Add the ability to limit the size of a List or Segment to the first X
- Add the ability to update a Custom Field with a globally incrementing value5 votes -
It would be helpful if the headsup reply back notification included the page the reply was sent from
I have a "reply back" style headsup message set to show on any url that includes /product/. However, if someone replies to the headsup message, I have no idea what product page they were on when they sent the message unless I login to the dashboard, go to the contact's page, and find where the headsup message triggered a reply. Then I have the context to respond to the reply. However, all that could be avoided if the headsup notification email or Slack message included what specific page the contact was on when sending the reply.

Provide a Segment validation process or debugger
Right now, there's no real way to see if the field mappings assigned for your Segment integration are working.
You also have to enter these manually, which can be tricky as there's no way to see if your system recognizes the event or the values in the various columns assigned with the schema you provide.

You should really have on-line chat available for support of paying customers !
While the ticket system is ok, having real time on-line chat would be far more convenient for us as users.
Of course it may be more overhead for Autopilot but customer service first 9-:

Better Split-testing and split-test reporting
Split-testing in AP is painful compared to every other split-testing software I'm using in my funnel (Optimizely, Adespresso). I have to manually go into each emails reporting, write down the results in an excel sheet, and manually compare.
I have a large list, if I do an 8-variant split, this is a very time-consuming process to split up.
Happy to give a wireframe of a UX that would work for this if needed.

Move notification bar
The notification pops up on top of the FAB, the main action button. This button shall never be covered. Too many times, the notifications have been covering the very next action I'm intending to do.

Allow us to send emails in Chinese and Japanese.
We are an Asia-based business, this is crucial for us! We are currently wrangling between Mailchimp and Autopilot...would be great to get everything under one-roof.

One to Many Relation for Segment Custom Fields
Right now, you're only able to store a one-to-one relationship with custom fields in Segment...
Use Case
We have a website for realtors and we want to track each property the user is interested in. When they opt-in or take an action on a page, we want to identify them and store the value with their lead.At the moment, we'd have to create a new list each time for each page and it can quickly add up.
Rather if the value was stored in a one to many custom field, we could make a smart segment on the fly…

Switch on/off the LinkedIn connection
Because data from LinkedIn is rarely current, it would be useful to have the ability to turn off the connection between AutoPilot and LinkedIn. LinkedIn information currently supersedes uploaded spreadsheet data, including "company name" and "title", meaning those cannot be used to create lists.

Add an option to have heads ups appear on desktop but not on mobile
Our mobile site is quite different from our desktop site and heads hps take up too much real estate on small devices.
