  1. Create Segments Based on Campaigns

    We should be able to create a segment based on a contact's interaction with an email campaign. Currently if I want to create a segment from an email campaign I run I have to download a csv and then upload it as a list into Autopilot.

  2. allow a contact to view CC's

    It would be invaluable to be able to properly CC a contact or group of contacts onto an email, and for the original recipient to be able to view those CC'd contacts. The current functionality acts like a BCC for the recipient and a CC for the other CC'd addresses.

  6. Make trello card ID available in the variables

    The "Add Trello Card" action should make card Id of the created card available as a variable to be used in subsequent steps of the journey. This will open up possibility for people to write custom logic as part of their webhooks to update those trello cards as per their own business logic. (eg. move cards, tag people, update custom fields etc).

    This idea can be applied in larger context too. Having any action that calls well-known third party apps, the unique id returned by that thirdy party app should be made available as a variable in the scope so…

  8. Only show Triggers in Journeys in API triggers response

    When requesting Triggers list the API returns all Triggers ever created (with the journeys they were/are attached to) this incorrectly includes Triggers even if the shapes have since been removed from Journeys. I would request that a filter be added on this response so that it only includes Triggers actually still in use in published journeys and not those that have been deleted.

  9. Internal notifications should remain internal!

    The contact should not be the default reply-to address. This is strictly an internal message that oftentimes requires further internal conversation. It doesn't make any sense to have the contact be added to this.

    I consider it a bug that there's no way to edit / copy / organize email templates once they are created. There should also be an interface for this outside of the Journey add email workflow.

  12. Make it possible to inject data/images from the backend into newsletters, for a hyper-personalized experience.

    Imagine being able to combine the massive amount of personalized data in the backend, with the possibility to hyper-personalize a newsletter.

    In a regular text-box it is possible to iterate and present data from JSON.
    However it is not possible to style and make said data in a text-box.
    Styling is possible in a HTML-box, but here it is impossible to get the JSON data (as mail clients block JS).

    What I am suggesting is a possibility to combine the two boxes, leaving us, your customers, with the opportunity to import data from your backend, and present that data to…

    Give the option to connect your fido key to your account during the autopilot enrollment screen, we now have to redirect users when in windows to a separate portal which doesnt make sence

  16. "Test SMS" button similar to the "Test Email" feature

    It's easy to send myself test emails before I publish them in Autopilot. However, in order to test SMS messages, I have to add myself as a contact, add myself to a list and make a new journey just to see how my new SMS message looks. I'd like to see an SMS test feature.

  17. add an option for an image as an email background

    I'd love to suggest adding an option for an image as an email background. I see that you can select one background color for the whole email but currently can only add a background image to each row. I would like to add one background image so the email looks cohesive and branded.

  18. Automated Internal List Distribution

    It would be very helpful if there was a way to automate a report of a contact list. We often use the "Add To List" shape to create segmented contact lists of people who respond or interact with SMS/emails we send. We would like to be able to automate sending the segmented contact list to an internal contact on a daily/realtime schedule.

  19. Provide an Autopilot form which we can embed anywhere

    Form tracking is sexy but impractical considering it doesn't work 100% of the time.

    Popups are a really important part of funnels.

    If you had a form, I could dump it in my popup and that would be that.

    Instead, I need to pay Zapier fees each month just to connect my popup to Autopilot which seems totally unnecessary.

    A simple form builder please. It has taken me a week just to understand how to get Autopilot to work because of this...

  20. Demo

    I would suggest to have demos for each app integration or guides on how to navigate. From the start until the end. Because as much as marketing background people have the skills, its good to take into consideration those who are not familiar with all these tools to make it much easier. How to solve having many demos? Standardize how the video needs to be and get your partners to work on specific demo on how to integrate to autopilot
