  1. Emails from the "notifications" shape - Show emails sent / delivered / opened etc.

    It would be nice to see if notifications were sent, and if they sent correctly, if they were opened etc. and also to create rules based on whether or not the email has been opened. I think some people would want to check that internal notifications have been sent/opened etc and, if not, take automated action.

  2. Move "proactive headsup" into "journeys" as a "trigger."

    There are two reasons for this:

    1) That's what it is. Proactive headsup is nothing more or less than "anonymous visitor" being a trigger for a journey.

    2) As such, there is no reason why you wouldn't want (or *need*) the full suite of options for journey management. For example, why wouldn't I want to track conversions as a goal? Why wouldn't I want to AB test?

  3. Add activity type to Pipedrive Activity action

    Currently it's only possible to create "Task" activities using the Schedule Activity action, but this is not always appropriate. Being able to set the activity type would allow us to analyse the volume of different types of activities being scheduled and performed. It would also improve the 'scan-ability' of the activities on a deal.

    The Pipedrive API allows for setting the activity type (https://developers.pipedrive.com/docs/api/v1/#!/Activities/post_activities), so including a simple dropdown in the Schedule Activity settings would suffice.

  4. Report

    Full Email Report, of all records on a list with what action they took. Bounced, Open, Click Through, Unsubscribe etc
    Current reports only allow downloading a list with one type of action at a time

  5. Tracking other parameters than UTM codes

    At this moment, only UTM codes are trackable with AutoPilot. I would be great if we can track other parameters too, to distinguish different pages or forms on a web page.

  6. Pause account instead of deleting contacts

    Since we are using the tool for three two-week campaigns a year, I have to delete all contacts to downsize our bill.

    Instead of deleting anything, I would much rather be able to pause my account when I'm not using it.

  7. Allow Merge Tags in HTML box

    It'd be great if you could utilize merge tags in the HTML box of an email. This way, you would be able to swap out photos, and other things, by using custom fields, rather than having multiple templates, each with different photos.

    Support something like this:

  8. Download reports in CSV or XLSX files

    Please allow report exporting in CSV or XLSX, it's actually quite unbelievable that this feature is not available, considering how advanced is Autopilot as a marketing platform.It's a very basic feature... Please add this!

  10. Add texting messages to a specific number

    It would be great if one of the actions was texting a specific number from the twilio account. For instance if when a lead responded to a message that message was able to be forwarded to a personal number

    Journeys that are scheduled to a specific time (like certain mailers), should be Stopped automatically, once time has passed

  12. Offer date field that is not affected by time zone

    I need a date field that syncs my date from Pipedrive and without converting time zone to GMT....

    "Autopilot automatically adds time element at 00:00am in GMT time if no timezone offset is applied. For example, if the Pipedrive date field value equals to 2019-01-02, it would be created as 2019-01-02 00:00:00 (GMT) in Autopilot.

    That is why it's appearing a day before because we're taking the value came over from Pipedrive and then further converting it to your timezone. To avoid this, I'd recommend you to create a text type field in Pipedrive and sync it to Autopilot date…

    WPforms is one of the most powerful forms for wordpress and its new conversational form (typeform like) are really useful.

    I would like to see a native integration with them :)

  14. Exit Pop-ups

    With all the options you guys are enabling - bringing Exit Popups to the mix would be only logical. Exit popup is a pop-up that triggers when a user performs fast move to the "close tab" button on desktop. It feels weird to use another platform for this as you are enabling EVERYTHING else :)

  17. Exit intent pop up

    Exit Intent Pop-Up Form
    It would be great if Autopilot had an exit intent pop-up form like Thrive Leads. It would be similar to the proactive heads up form you have but better. It would pop-up in the middle of the screen (but not take up the entire screen) after a certain period of time that Autopilot users could choose or when a site visitor was about to exit the site.

  18. Ejection shouldn't (or have choice not to) count in conversion stats

    If we use the eject shape to eject people who shouldn't have been in the journey in the first place (as we get the data that they're not right for the journey)... I don't think it should count in the conversion stats... it messes up the conversion stats...

    The stats in insights currently counts even ejected contacts as valid entries, so if they didn't convert, it lowers the conversion percentage. Whereas I think they shouldn't count.

  19. Contact no. and Company Name Field in the Chat Bot

    It would be really helpful if there's a field to ask for visitor's for their contact no. and company name. This will help have a better qualified lead. Also, If there is a way to add custom fields it would help customise the chat bot according to the organisation specific requirements

  20. Assign Leads to Queues in Salesforce

    Assign Leads to Queues in Salesforce
    Salesforce supports the idea of Queues. For lead assignments for example, these can be a holding place where different team members can go in and grab an item off the queue.

    Salesforce itself supports assigning leads to a Queue, but the Autopilot Salesforce Assign Lead action currently does not. Is this possible to assign?
