    Connecting a javascript source to an AutoPilot destination does not track page views in the activity feed. Please fix that.

  3. Ability to filter reports by list.

    Request the ability to filter reports by list. This would be very helpful for our team to understand the quality of email lists. As of right now this is preventing me from importing lists to autopilot because my average emails stats will be skewed (as they sort of have already been).

  4. Allow for the CC field to be populated with a personalization field

    Our contacts often want someone else (or a second email) cc'd on all of their communication. It would be nice if we could add a custom field for this email and then use that personalization variable in the CC field.

  6. Be Able to Loop Conditions or Hold Until

    Include the ability to add a delay and then loop back to the same condition to continue within a journey. This would allow you to do things like check if a contact has an open deal (CRM integration) and wait until the sales cycle is over before continuing to send drip emails.

  7. Enable more than 30 criteria in a smart segment

    Sometimes, I really need to segment with more complexity than smart segments allow, and without being able to do so, I need to stick with Marketo over Autopilot. I'm certain others are in the same boat.

    As an example: We make technology for law firms of all sizes. We want to have different marketing campaigns for large and small law firms. In Marketo, we have a smart list that segments by a list of 1,800+ large law firm domains. In Autopilot, however, I am unable to segment to out larger law firms based on domains, so I couldn't have targeted…

    More information on who edits, publishes and stops a campaign. This would be helpful in knowing which team members is involved in the entire campaign creation process.

  11. Integrated preheader solution

    I would love to get a possibility to add preheader directly in the editor without having to add CSS through the HTML block.
    When sending emails through AP is a must to use a preheader, and it's too easy to forget when it's not a native functionality.

  12. Export open, click and unsubscribe data to Google Sheets

    As per the titles, it would be really helpful to be able to export, either manually or automatically (using Zapier) the open, click and unsubscribe rates to Google Sheet. Being able to do this would allow me to create custom Data Studio reports so we can track revenue and attribute it to specific emails.

    Create an option in the reply address field in an email template to choose "contact owner" in associated CRM (Pipedrive) rather than assign one particular email address.

  14. Social Media Integration/Management

    Integrate with existing Social Media publishing platform, such as Buffer, Hootsuite, Falcon, etc to see social calendar. Would help in planning communication across all channels and gain insights into how Social Media and email and ads and other journey elements interact.
    Ultimately we would like to publish through autopilot for complete control of content, posting, social listening, etc.

  15. provide the option to filter contact types who enter the Sunset Contact List

    This would allow us to filter out clients, so that they still receive our e-communication. If our prospects are not engaging with our emails, then we are more open to preventing them from receiving emails.

  16. Web version of email newsletter

    Today we have an email newsletter that we send out to the database. It would be good to have a way for this newsletter to be hosted on the web somewhere so that readers can click on "web version". we can then also link the newsletter in other ways.

  18. Quick access to detailed email report

    It would be helpful an detailed email report shortcut, showing the list of contact who unsubscribed, clicked, bounced, etc

    Now I have to create an smart segment to have that view or add them to a specific list into my journey... in other words, I'm building that report manually

  20. Adding real pop up abilities

    The tool is missing real popup abilities. Yes, we can integrate to other tools but 1 tool to manage all marketing activities can be a deal breaker, one of my clients just decided to disqualify Autopilot because of that. It should have a built pop-up design wizard and should work with all triggers- exit intent, event based, time on page/site, scroll etc.
