Improve the API to allow searching for contacts by phone number
The contacts API is quite restrictive it would be nice to be able to query for the contacts matching a certain condition (phone number or other contact fields)

Round-robin functionality for the Assign to Group action (in addition to random)
It would be great we could assign a SFDC lead to group in a round robin fashion. This would assure an even distribution of leads to our teams.

Cleanup Mailchimp templates on upload
Have Autopilot cleanup unnecessary HTML code from Mailchimp in order to have imports of Mailchimp HTML templates work better with Autopilot emails.

Duplicate Insights goal when duplicating a journey
When duplicating a journey, it'd be great for the Insights goal to duplicate as well. This is especially useful and a time saver for recurring journeys like newsletters that are sent regularly and would have similar goals.

Take out unsubscribes from click data when the unsubscribe bucket is a custom field.
We have a "Marketing" opt out bucket and this is counted as a click currently because people are not opting out of the master unsubscribe. Would be great to have these marketing opt outs subtracted from the click data.

headsup
Put more of a description around HeadsUp that it is a message instead of a chat. Many people that engage with Headsup on our site think it is a chat and I would say 30-40% of the responses are "Hi" (full stop- that's it). Their feedback when we contact them is that they thought it was a chat like Intercom and they get confused on why no one is talking back.

Add a form builder that utilizes progressive profiling
Collecting data about your prospects in a way that is never annoying is crucial to inbound marketing.
Progressive profiling (where you can progressively ask for different information in forms, based on the information you already have in your database) is one of the best ways of building buyer profiles.
This needs to be powered by the automation system, since that's where the database is housed.
Adding a form builder with this functionality would be a big step forward for Autopilot.

Add support for UTM Parameters to API
Add support for populating UTM Parameters / UTM fields via API
Currently I'm using external lead pages to capture new contacts.
I use the Auto pilot API to add new contacts.
Unfortunately I cannot populate the contact's UTM fields using the Auto Pilot API.
The only work around is to use custom fields but that seems to be workaround which causes confusion and also limits functionality.
I'm not sure if this is some type of intentional security feature or if it's just not available right now. This would be very helpful.

Condition based on Postcard Expected Delivery Date
Have a condition based on the expected delivery date of a postcard to allow for followup contact (eg: email, sms) to be sent (perhaps n delay to allow a few days margin) based on the expected delivery date of the postcard. The data is passed from Log back to AP, but there is no way to make use of it in a Journey.

Custom reply tracking
Most of the time, if there is an email coming in from a contact, I want all email automation to be put on hold, because in almost all cases the automated email that would go out would also be awkward in some sense ("why are you sending me this and not replying to my question").
To fix this problem, I simply want an email address where I can automatically forward any emails that might come from clients. On Autopilot's side, I want it to simply check if the sender's email address exists in my contacts, and if so, create an…

Send random messages.
Our most popular journey is sending emails with a link to a page which shows people a random message, for example "your daily quote", "your random daily task". It would be great to be able to pick some emails into a group and tell autopilot "send random email".
