  1. Enable more Integration Between More Salesforce Objects

    Can you please roadmap some development with your Salesforce API so that at least the campaign and campaign member objects/fields can be synced with Autopilot custom fields. The ability to sync custom objects would also be a huge plus. (similar to how you have done for Leads, Contacts & Accounts).
    This is a constant frustration for marketers across many MA tools including Pardot which is owned by Salesforce! It adds so much complexity and work arounds in Salesforce to get the right data into Autopilot.

  2. Let contacts re-enable email permissions

    We use Autopilot capture emails when people want to download our reports.

    I have had a couple cases where a contact has unsubscribed from all email communications. Sometime after they want to download a report but this won't work because we are not allowed to send them any emails. They complain to us that they are not getting the report regardless of how many times they submit the form.

    At the moment, Autopilot does not offer a way to re-subscribe contacts other than manually going to their page in Autopilot. It would be awesome if there was an automatic way…

  3. Date-picker

    It would be great to ask a contact about a specific date, e.g. using headsup and after to start a journey or send an email depending on this date. But you don't have a date-picker :(

  4. Ability to turn off email open/click tracking after X days

    This is to protect us from accidentally sending old stale contacts into journeys based on email activity which is in fact a spam filter.

    It should be good if is it possible to count how many times a contact open a specific email ( one of the best "cold lead" in Predictable Revenue" http://predictablerevenue.com/ )

  6. enhance activity sync to salesforce

    Hi,

    as a journey can have multiple triggers, It would be great if the description of the activity synced to salesforce would contain some more details about the activity itself. This is specially useful for debugging, but also to give the salesforce user an additional hint what happened.

  7. Ability to see shape details on the Live View screen of a Journey

    When viewing the Live View screen of a Journey you can't see details of each shape's configuration. Enhance the Live View to display a read only display of each shapes configuration when clicking on the shape.

    You can use personalizations within the Update Field Action, it would be extremely helpful to check against personalizations within the Check Field Condition as well.

  9. Global Form Capture

    Option for Autopilot to scan entire website for all forms and automatically commence tracking... Forms can be identified via URL, until given a specific user friendly name by the user.

    Would be good if this option could then periodically scan for new forms and auto track them and collect data.

  10. Lookup and filter on Salesforce account object (parent object)

    It would be really helpful if you could lookup across Salesforce objects, at least from contact --> account as this is extremely common to so many B2B marketing workflows. Much of the data lives on the account object, but you're always working with contacts in AP, so you need to be able to query both very easily. Not just with Salesforce selective sync, but also for creating smart lists, triggers, actions, etc.

    Currently you have to add a custom formula field onto the contact object in Salesforce to pull down any account level data you need onto the contact. This…

  11. Add a Team member Activity Log

    As our team is growing mistakes will happen so we need access to the Team member Activity Log.

    The activity log will assist us in tracking changes such as:
    Creating/Editing/Deleting Contacts
    Creating/Editing/Deleting Journeys
    Creating/Editing/Deleting Emails
    Creating/Editing/Deleting Headsups
    Creating/Editing/Deleting Proactive Headsups
    Creating/Editing/Deleting Team members

  13. Zendesk Integration

    We'd like to be able to evaluate Zendesk data to make a decision within a Journey. IE # of recently created tickets, Zendesk custom fields, etc.

    We have our Zendesk broken down into categories, we'd need to be able to filter based on these categories. IE a support ticket is very different from a strategic ticket with the customer success manager.

  14. 'Check slack response' Condition

    So that when a slack message is sent to a sales person, for example, they can either reply yes or no and that will then check the condition of the response, and impact their journey. I.e. at a sales point, send a slack message asking a sales person if the personal experience was positive or negative for a sales, if no, then can point them back up the funnel, if yes, remove from journey.

  15. Email Change via segment

    Hello as per feature from https://autopilothq.uservoice.com/forums/284270-autopilot-feedback-forum/suggestions/11728722-email-update-from-segment

    The feature was implemented to allow change in email address as per : https://autopilothq.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/206714873-Segment-FAQ

    But there seems to be two things I observed :

    1. Its not working as expected and havent heard anything from support yet about it, waiting for reply.

    2. The need to change email says :

    traits: {
    email: "original@email.com",
    _NewEmail: "new@email.com"
    }

    but segment allows to have multiple integrations at a time, while we send the data in above format, the other integrations will continue to get old email data. Instead something like :

  16. Localization of Email Subscription Cancellation Page

    We are currently using autopilot for Japanese market. Is it possible to customize the unsubscribe landing page or localize the text on the landing page into Japanese?

    Some of our customers did not realize that they were unsubscribed after clicking the unsubscribe button because the text is not in Japanese.

  17. allow alias instead of actual names on proactive headsup

    I don't necessarily want my own name on the proactive headsup. An alias would be great or just my first name and last initial.

  18. Add relative values to date/time condition checks

    It would great if there was a way to check a date condition based on on a relative value i.e. +14 days from the value in the field. Do realize it's available as a Smart Segment, but could be more intuitive if that feature lived here as well.

  20. provide support for segment.io array and object fields

    Autopilot currently does not support array or object fields for segment.io integration. Would be very useful if it did, even it was a concatenation/conversation to string.
