Add the possibility of an "OR" when using multiple field checks
the only logic available is AND (per docs) - would be great to have OR logic as well.

Add "Not Member of Any List" criteria to Smart Segments
There currently isn't an easy way to filter for customers who haven't been assigned to any list. It can be done by multiple stacking exclusion criteria, but that can be cumbersome and error prone.

Allow transactional emails to pull in dynamic content via API
For use on things such as cart abandonment emails / member statements / transaction details.
e.g. a user orders 3 items from your store. The following transactional email pulls in the item names, quantities, prices, order total, tax amount etc. Whatever fields are relevant to the transaction.
This data should not need to be stored directly inside autopilot (esp. as # of transactions within a certain type could be unlimited) and could also be frequently changing.

1) Integrate with clearbit to allow real time personalization of the company name variable;

Add Documentation / Comment Function To Journeys
We work on our journeys with a whole team, and sometimes, the setup isn't entirely clear to everyone else (as we have a ton of custom variables in the system). I'd like to be able to document and comment on shapes and journeys to make it easier for my colleagues when I'm not around.

Add delay until certain date
I want to be able to trigger an action afer an specific date has come. So in order to do this, you´ll have to amplify the add delay not only to specific amount of days or hours, also to an specific date (like the Time Trigger that you guys already have).

Add a checkmark as confirmation
As is, an "X" needs to be pressed. A checkmark is needed because "X" usually represents close without saving. Minor UX change.

Not allow for duplicate email names to be saved/created
Currently if you upload a new version of an email, it creates a duplicate creative, emails that have the same name should not be able to be saved/created

to allow us to modify dashboard graph
I find the main dashboard graph a little bit useless. It'll be better to allow us to change the graph. For example, to diplay a graphic with the numeber of emails sent vs clicked emails and so on.

A better organized contacts section
In my company we have multiple lists of different companies in AP, and sometimes I find difficult to know who belongs to which list and it seems to be very disorganized. It'll be better if we can manage the list in a more "cleaner" way. Or if you can add a "badge or icon" for the contacts who belongs to a determinated list.

Log IP addresses for all visitors. Create Segments depending on IP/Country
When someone visits, track at the bare minimum their country via IP. This way we can segment journeys based on their location when they fill out a form.

View goal conversion at an email level
Would love to be able to see which email of a campaign is driving the conversions via the insights tab.
Basically an additional column along the ranks of open rate, ctr, and unsub.

Customize what fields are shown in contacts overview - including custom fields
In the Customer (and list, smart segment etc) views I can only the and sort by the fields 'Name', ' company', 'email', 'source', 'status' and 'created'.
It would be really helpful if it was possible to customize what fields are shown in the overview - including custom fields.

Allow users a mechanism to more obviously hold or blank out a previously published/scheduled Journey
Recently I created a Journey, which was scheduled to kick off emails at a point in the future. I then blanked out the journey, however, I was unable to publish that journey. Even if I signed out, then entered back into the app/journey, it appeared as if it was blanked out. However, when the date came around, the previously published/scheduled journey and emails kicked off, which was unwanted. The only way for me to stop this would have been to publish a new version of the journey, or delete it, and this was not obvious to me, as a user.…
