  1. Provide support for additional, custom parameters in a json-get or json Liquid call

    Currently the customer id and email are hardcoded as the only parameters supplied in json-get or json calls in Liquid. Additional parameters, defined by us in the liquid code, would make this more flexible and useful.

  2. support for multiple json-get or json in liquid

    Currently only one json-get is supported in an email template. We have a situation where will always have a signature block that is valued by a json-get, but this disallows any other dynamic content in the same email template (jn the main body, for example).

  3. List-unsubscribe header in emails

    Option for adding a "unsubscribe" link, next to the from adress at the top of an email. This will prevent users to mark it as spam.

  4. Save contact record data

    We're really frustrated to discover that data on an individual contact record is no longer stored past 3-6 months (apparently there is no hard & fast rule, its different per contact?) Considering switching to a new platform because this means we can't create segments referencing past interaction with our platform. It's a huge limitation and really decreases the value of journeys for someone looking to use this for full lifecycle marketing and user engagement/retention.

  6. Allow table function in emails

    You should have an option to insert/create tables so that contents like opening times, pricing etc can easily be created in the body of the email.

  7. Internal Anchor Link

    It would be awesome to have anchor links available in Autopilot.
    Now you only have the ability to add links and files.
    It would be super helpful to be able to link one section to another one in the same campaign (template)

    I am creating a newsletter, and it is a bit technical and long, so I would like the reader to not have to go through the agony of reading all of it or scrolling forever to get to what they want.

  8. Webhooks: Variables and Fully Custom Payloads

    Problems:

    1). Body content sent from the Webhook shape currently requires parsing on a custom server in order to properly integrate with some APIs.

    2). You can't send custom user-specific data over the webhook shape (like custom fields, relevant to the user that triggers the shape.) This makes them significantly less useful than they could be.

    Proposed Solutions:

    1). Change the Webhook shape to allow a fully custom payload. Remove the current auto-generated one, and allow users to define their own JSON objects to send across.

    2). Allow user-specific variables to be added to the Webhook payloads.

  9. Personalization in media link

    Allowing the media link (and any outbound content for that matter) should be processed by the personalization engine before sending to the recipient... providing mass customization at scale.

    Example: each recipient has their own stored image urls, but its not possible to insert the customization tag into the media link filed, only a static image.

  10. Create a dashboard of queued-up emails

    I would love a landing page that shows me all the emails I have queued-up to go out — so that I don't have to click into every journey each day to make sure that everything is ready to go.

  11. Enhanced Invalid/Bounce Exports

    It would be nice to export invalids/bounces from a specific campaign and get the reason for the hard/soft bounce or why they were marked invalid. This would allow for a better understanding of deliverability through the system.

  13. Ability to capture Google Tracking Data from Form Submission and pass through to CRM

    Would be great to have the ability to copy tracking data from form submission onto the relevant CRM system to track the exact Google Campaign, or Organic Source that the contact came through

  14. "Wait Until" Delay - Delay until condition (other than time) is met

    Would be great if a contact could enter a delay until such time that it meets certain criteria other than time (ie. contact enters delay until deal owner has been assigned on Pipedrive)

  15. Add contacts to an Autopilot list for newly updated rows on Google Sheets

    The ability to do the above, without Zapier, would cut out the middle-man and make for a smoother workflow for forms that are not supported by the form tracker for capture. Plus the benefits of contact activity being more accurate then.

  16. Add support for dynamic forms with the form tracker for capture

    To increase form compatibility, please add dynamic forms to the static forms currently supported for capture by the tracker. This would allow for form capture activity on the contact feed that Zapier cannot provide and other 'native' benefits.

  19. Check statuscode on webhook for a more advanced personalized journey

    The webhook in journeys does not provide any feedback.
    I'd like the possibility to choose different paths based on statuscode for the webhook request.
