  2. Feature Request, Integration: Integromat

    Integromat is far superior to Zapier. They have a visual builder that makes it very straightforward as to what the actual connections are. You can have multiple branches that come from multiple sources in one scenario similar to Autopilot's visual automation builder. It would allow a large exention to Autopilot's already amazing automation tool.

  3. Automate LinkedIn Messaging

    I use other tools to do this but I would love it if autopilot could automatically send messages to people on LinkedIn. Using the sales navigator url when you've narrowed down you search, autopilot would send set messages to those people and stop sending if they respond.

  4. Allow The Use of th Google Chromium Browser

    Google Chrome is supported but Google Chromium, it's open source sister, is not. Please add it to the list of browsers able to use Autopilot.

  8. SMS Received: Add "safe message to"

    Similar to the action "Send SMS", I suggest to add a "safe message to" a choosable contact field. This allows to further process the message manually for example to send a notification in Slack etc.

  10. Measuring Conversions: Only count people who open/click an email in a Journey towards the jourey goal.

    Currently, people can enter and journey and NEVER click any of the emails in a campaign, but still get counted towards the journey goal (unless you create a Smart Segment where 'paying customer + opened Journey email' is included in the Smart Segment).

    Ideally, changing the insights tab to provide different levels of conversion tracking would be ideal. For example:

    Direct conversion are tracked when a recipient clicks on a link in one of your emails, returns to your site and takes an action in the same session.

    View through conversions are tracked when a user opens the email, does…

  12. Schedule headsup showing times

    I'd like to make sure that we respond to our visitors' requests almost instantly so I wish we could schedule our headsup messages to show only during our business hours.

  14. 'Contacts can receive emails more' than once should NOT equal Transactional Emails

    These are two separate things! I like to use this feature in my journeys for non-transactional emails.

  15. Exporting 'backfill' activity feed data

    Enable exporting of 'backfill' activity feed data for events that happened before connection to Heap/ others. This way valuable historical data can immediately be analysed after integration rather than waiting for new data to accumulate.

  16. Declutter my view and other suggestions for learning the Shapes

    I'd love it if I was able to "declutter" my Shape view by removing items I know I will not be using, such as Salesforce icons.

    Would also love it if I hovered over the Shape it would tell me what this is for. Or at least link to where I can learn what it is for, how to use it etc.

  17. Nimble CRM

    It would be great if AP could connect to Nimble CRM. Both tools are very highly rated on G2 Crowd.
    I moved to the Nimble CRM because it of how user friendly the CRM was exactly like AP. However even with Zapier there's no real way to get them to share crucial data.

  18. Improve Pipedrive Deal Stage Check to allow stage > or < a stage (or allow multiple checks)

    Pipedrive Deal Stages are linear. You don't want to move people backwards in the stages, but when setting a stage ATM, you need to check all possible forward ones to avoid moving backwards.

    Allowing multiple stages (match any) or allowing checking if stage < certain stage would solve this.

    i.e. avoid the diamond (which could get much worse with more stages) in this screenshot

  19. Allow setting metadata on journey steps so later steps can access it

    For example so that a slack post knows what the trigger was. For example in this screenshot, the slack message can't tell if it was facebook, google or email that triggered it. Allowing data to be passed down the chain would be more powerful (and accessed as variables in later steps)

  20. Integrate Autopilot natively with at Least One Popup Solution

    Since the form detector in Autopilot doesn´t work with forms in popups, you should provide native integration with at least one popup solution: Optinmonk, optinmonster, Sleeknote, Privy, Thrive Leads or other. Of course, the best should be you to offer a popup builder solution inside autopilot.
