add an option for an image as an email background
I'd love to suggest adding an option for an image as an email background. I see that you can select one background color for the whole email but currently can only add a background image to each row. I would like to add one background image so the email looks cohesive and branded.

Automated Internal List Distribution
It would be very helpful if there was a way to automate a report of a contact list. We often use the "Add To List" shape to create segmented contact lists of people who respond or interact with SMS/emails we send. We would like to be able to automate sending the segmented contact list to an internal contact on a daily/realtime schedule.

Provide an Autopilot form which we can embed anywhere
Form tracking is sexy but impractical considering it doesn't work 100% of the time.
Popups are a really important part of funnels.
If you had a form, I could dump it in my popup and that would be that.
Instead, I need to pay Zapier fees each month just to connect my popup to Autopilot which seems totally unnecessary.
A simple form builder please. It has taken me a week just to understand how to get Autopilot to work because of this...

pipedrive Lead shape
Add a Shape that creates Leads (not Deals) in Pipedrive. This way, you can distinguish different user interactions based on their value. E.g. a click on a link creates a lead (minor interest assumed), while a reply creates a deal (major interest assumed).

Demo
I would suggest to have demos for each app integration or guides on how to navigate. From the start until the end. Because as much as marketing background people have the skills, its good to take into consideration those who are not familiar with all these tools to make it much easier. How to solve having many demos? Standardize how the video needs to be and get your partners to work on specific demo on how to integrate to autopilot

export special characters in excel exports
Fix the export to be able to handle special characters. Right now if you export a list with characters like é or ä, you will instead get √° or √© and many other funny things.

journey not configured or no trigger
when you try to publish & you get the message "can't publish - journey not configured or no trigger" it would be really helpful if it showed you were it is as some journey are very big & it takes a long time to find the issue

Custom reusable nodes
We may have the same Webhook nodes in many journeys. It'd be nice to be able to make them into a reusable component, so we don't need to update things like API keys and endpoints in so many places.

reminder if new journey changes not published
it would be great if you got a reminder to save new changes to a journey. if you leave the screen or forget it throws everything out

I know I could add a custom field to do this, but a specific notes section on a record would be useful.

Allow sync criteria for Salesforce Campaigns
In large Salesforce Orgs there can be thousands of Campaign records, so it'd be great to be able to sync only the active ones ("Status = Active" etc)
I feel like I have posted this idea before, but no cannot find it?

multiple email addresses separated by semi-colon, not just comma!
Today we discovered that a journey we set up and thought was working was actually NOT sending email notifications to our team because we had entered the send-to email addresses separated by semi-colons, rather than a comma. If it doesn't work when separated by a semi-colon, it should at least through an error message and not let you save it. This is a minor thing but it's a huge deal when people aren't getting lead notifications!

cleaning up dead leads- removing them from AP without affecting PipeDrive
There should be a way to remove contacts from AP without affecting the sync between pipedrive or hubspot. I work hundreds of thousands of people in my list and that will be way too expensive to house in AutoPilot

Add filters so that users can select what they see on their dashboard.

Internal email notification - give option for cc'ing individuals
rather than 4 duplicate emails being sent to 4 team members would be much better to send 1 email to 4 individuals, so they all know who else is getting the notification and can reply to each other within that same email thread. Eliminates confusion on their end.

nowadays lot of people prefer working while on a move and for that one big preference is iPad pro. I just request you guys to please help me work the autopilot on iPad pro.

Include mobile number as a de-duplication field
It would be extremely helpful to offer mobile contact field de-duplication. We find that many of our contacts have multiple email addresses within families and reactive journeys completely break down the the same mobile number is attached to two different leads. De-duping via Excel spreadsheets is not a sustainable solution for large contact lists that are uploaded over time.
