  1. Send OneSignal Push Notifications using an ID other than email

    Right now, the only identifier we can use to send push notifications to one contact using OneSignal is the "email" : however, in our systems, email is rarely the identifier of a user, we generally use private IDs that we use across all cloud saas : segment, mixpanel...

    It would be better for best practices, to be able to populate what we want in OneSignal UserExternalId and specify which property of an autopilot contact to use as ID to send the notification.

  2. Option to capture Phone # With Headsup Display

    Our business would benefit more from capturing phone numbers through the heads-up display instead of phone numbers. I wish we could have the option to ask for a Phone # along with email.

    There seems to be quite a few people with the same request as me, but no response for 3+ years from Autopilot :(

  3. New email trigger: Value increased/ Value decreased (Integer fields only)

    Ask:
    A new trigger that monitors if a specific field's value has increased/ decreased relatively to the previous value.

    Use case:
    A user successfully referred a new customer to our product, their "successful_referral" field when from X to X+1. An email is sent the the user.

    Current workaround:
    Using the field match together with the field update action, we can create a logic where everytime the "successfulreferral" field is updated, another field called "successfulreferrallastchange" will be updated to today.   4. Eject someone from journey once goal completed

    When nurturing a lead and they reach the goal (in my case book an appointment) then have the option to eject them from the journey. Currently I can either set up a conditional segment between each step, which is messy and takes time or use a smart segment trigger to eject them but then often lots of other people fall into the segment and enter the journey to be ejected again unnecessarily making the stats messy.

    Give emails the ability to fade text, this would lead to a button and that button to the landing page. Just like in your chat.

  6. Allow Autopilot to add contacts to Pipedrive as a "Lead" rather than a "Contact"

    The current integration doesn't allow us to sync prospects as "Leads". There is also no shapes in Journeys that allow you to "Add Lead" rather than "Add Deal". For our company, it's key to qualify a lead before it can be considered a serious deal. We're having to restructure our pipeline now because of the lack of this integration. Would be great to see this update in the near future!

  8. It would be nice to not have duplicate contacts in journeys

    I saw that we could have contacts going into multiple journeys. Is it possible to have a feature that allows to choose whether a contact can go into a journey or not regarding if it's already in another journey ?

  9. allow a contact to view CC's

    It would be invaluable to be able to properly CC a contact or group of contacts onto an email, and for the original recipient to be able to view those CC'd contacts. The current functionality acts like a BCC for the recipient and a CC for the other CC'd addresses.

  10. Automated email reports

    It would be great if we could setup automated email reports. Giving other non-marketing members of the organisation insight into email results without having to log in to Autopilot.

    Even better still would be a reporting integration with the likes of Quip or Notion (and other documentation software) where reports could be inserted and refreshed to see the latest results by all who have access to that document.

    I'd like to be notified (pop up maybe) when I make a change that won't be applied to contacts that are in a journey. I.e. if I change a delay to a longer delay and the contacts are already enrolled in that delay, it should pop up with a notification saying 'this change won't apply for 2345 contacts in this journey'

  19. Create a resend campaign section to contacts who "did not open" the original campaign

    Under the Audience section of the "Campaigns" tab it would be great to be able to resend that email campaign to the contacts who "did not open" the original email.

    Right now it's a manual process to download the report, format it correctly, upload the file into a list. This will leave you with dozens of extra lists in your account for people who plan on sending email campaigns.
