  1. Salesforce Custom Object integration

    Be great if you would be able to setup and integrate Salesforce custom objects into Autopilot allowing for segmentation of lists based on information in the custom object.

    The issue you are going to run into that Eloqua has is which is the right custom object to pull and which one to use e.g. opportunity one opportunity may be closed lost but another one may be Closed Won.

    If creating a segment based on send emails to all Closed Lost deals you run into the issue of sending it to closed won.

    The only way I have seen around this…

  3. Custom Triggers/Actions Via Email or Webhoooks

    This would essentially allow anyone to customize autopilot to fit their specific needs, without having to pay Zapier, waiting 15+ minutes for Zapier to fire or using up their Zap limit.

  4. allow merging of two contacts

    A contact has entered journeys with 2 email addresses and requests to just use one. Merging would allow for complete history of contact vs simply deleting the extra contact.

    Another scenario is a contact who initially enters a journey with a typo in their email address. Updating the contact info and merging both names would keep history intact.

  5. Allow for dynamic content in emails

    Hi there,

    I'd like to be able to insert content dynamically in emails based on the values of different fields.

    e.g. IF State=CA then show content X, IF State=FL then show content Y, and so on.

    While I can achieve this with the 'check field condition' and then having different emails for each value, it becomes way too cumbersome when there are multiple fields and multiple values for each field. Also the value that I have in each field is not necessarily what I want to show in the email, for example if I have a field with true/false and…

  6. Send emails from custom SMTP server

    Would be great to use custom SMTP servers to send emails, that way we don't have to reconfigure DKIM / SPF settings for each domain we want to send from.

  7. Add the ability to edit & optimize the plain text version of HTML emails

  8. Mobile APP

    Autopilot would be a market leader if you could manage the whole system from a smartphone/tablet(IOS/Android)

    It is frustrating to have to get the old laptop out to see/manage/build.

  9. Add a form builder that utilizes progressive profiling

    Collecting data about your prospects in a way that is never annoying is crucial to inbound marketing.

    Progressive profiling (where you can progressively ask for different information in forms, based on the information you already have in your database) is one of the best ways of building buyer profiles.

    This needs to be powered by the automation system, since that's where the database is housed.

    Adding a form builder with this functionality would be a big step forward for Autopilot.

  12. Integrate with Thrive Themes

    I like to use Thrive Themes to build pages, and Thrive Leads to build forms. Apparently there's something about their forms that can't work with autopilot. There are several possible work around but none exist. It would be nice to see one.

  13. Browse, Score, Segment, Create Journeys for Anonymous Visitor Records.

    Recommendation:
    Contain related visits, page views, sent/seen HUMs, and fields/data points such as IP based info, created date, (custom fields - like lead score, lead rank, etc).

    Most of which is already being housed somewhere in AP because on email click, form or HU conversion the history flows from the annonymous visitor to the contact.

    Problem:
    The proactive headsup criteria is OR based logic on pageview activity only. I need to be able to treat anonymous visitor just like a lead or contact with the exception of being able to email, txt, or LOB them.

    Please allow report exporting in CSV or XLSX, it's actually quite unbelievable that this feature is not available, considering how advanced is Autopilot as a marketing platform.It's a very basic feature... Please add this!

  16. Support Typeform Calculator Variables

    Currently the Typeform Submitted Shape can map to Typeform Fields and Hidden Fields. Other variables such as Score or Price from the Calculator cannot be mapped to Hidden Fields and cannot be mapped in the Typeform Submitted Trigger.

    It would be great if these variables were supported so that different emails can be sent based on quiz results or quote price.

  20. Build live chat functionality

    You're halfway there with heads up already. Intercom's admin is mediocre and their pricing is confusing. Livechat is poorly designed.

    Please save the day. I want to just use autopilot.
