  2. Functionality to grant users different permissions within an Autopilot account

    Want to be able to control the amount of accessibility a user has. Want to be able to give user access to one particular campaign, or just the reports of the campaign (and not the templates). Similar to box, where a user just has access to one folder. Want to be able to have multiple clients in one system without compromising information.

  3. Expand --today-- functionality to allow operations such as --today+3--

    Currently you can update a date field to today's date by inserting --today-- into the update field action. Please expand this so we can do operations such as --today+3-- to set a date field to be three days from today.

  5. Add a 'Delete Contact' Action

    We need a 'Delete Contact' action. I understand that's a permanent action that can't be undone, and hence can understand why you probably chose to leave it off the public action list... But in our case we do really need it! Could it not exist there but with a warning?

    Here's our use case:
    We have an app that is growing very fast in popularity
    ALL users who install the app are added as AutoPilot contacts and enter journeys.

  6. Managing bounced and unsubscribed contacts

    It would be extremely helpful if autopilot could manage our bounced and unsubscribed contacts without adding those contacts into our total contacts number. Having the list would prevent us from having to reupload the bounce/unsub list, adding new contacts, then redeleting the bounces/unsubs, which we do in order to ensure no contacts that do not wish to be contacted are contacted. However, this is extremely time consuming and ineffective. Adding this feature would make it much easier to manage those contacts that do not wish to be contacted.   9. Add custom object integration for salesforce

    Extend your current Salesforce integration to allow SF.com and Autopilot to integrate beyond Leads and Contacts. For example, if you have a custom object called "Preferences" connected to Contacts that lists the Contact's subscription preferences (i.e. Monthly Email Newsletter, Quarterly Print Magazine, Anytime Preferred Content) that data will sync to Autopilot where the user can leverage that data to create lists.

    Similar deep integration how Klaviyo has currently. For instance:

    • How much revenue a customer has done
    • When the last order was, and how many orders have been placed by customer
    • Based on order status (fulfilled, cancelled etc)
    • Which products were ordered
    • Demographic data from shopify (location, age, etc)

    For Headsup and Proactive Headsup, we need more business rules like proactive livechat tools based on the visitors behavior:
    - # visits total
    - duration of the visitors session
    - x seconds on a given page without action
    - x visits to the same page in a timeframe

    CC/BCC emails do not currently replace Personalization Variables that are included in links. This idea is to supportreplacing Personalization Variables that are included in Links for the emails that get sent to CC and/or BCC recipients.

  15. Ability to send emails by the recipients their time zone. (ex. Everyone receives at their 7am)

    Just rather than sending at a time and people are receiving at 7am, 8am, 9am and 10am - they are just receive at the designated time in the time zone they are in.

  20. Add second step for unsubscribing

    At the moment users are directly unsubscribed after clicking on the unsubscribe link. What would be very handy is if you were able to customise the unsubscribe options so that there is a second step to the process after clicking the Unsubscribe link – “Are you sure you want to unsubscribe from this list?” or a similar text.

    This would prevent people from unsubscribing by mistake, as that can easily happen with a single click on a link.
