Send users email notifications about any integrations or connections that require attention (like re-authentication)
This would allow users to act on any broken connections without having to wonder what went wrong in their journey.

A way to leave notes against a contact
I know I could add a custom field to do this, but a specific notes section on a record would be useful.

"Wait Until" Delay - Delay until condition (other than time) is met
Would be great if a contact could enter a delay until such time that it meets certain criteria other than time (ie. contact enters delay until deal owner has been assigned on Pipedrive)

Native integration with MailMunch
It would be great to have native integration with Mailmunch for lead capturing. They have a free plan for their basic products, so a cost-effective solution for small businesses.

Allow selection of the particular link clicked in an email to control the journey
When an email is sent, you have the option of selecting the next step in the journey if ANY link is clicked. I need the ability to select a different path depending on the link that is click. Link A needs to be able to take someone down a different path than link B.

Want to know where people click on an email once it's opened. For example, if you have 3 buttons in an email that link to your homepage, which button is most popular?

Template Editor [Direct from Main Menu]
Ask: Make it faster to access and modify templates by moving the visual template selector/editor OUTSIDE of journeys. I waste so much extra time going through a journey (and I have to build a fake journey before I'm ready), just to be able to shop and modify.
Please fix. Thank you!
Also the 'Star>Email>Email Manager' option only shows live templates or something? Or I'm not sure what it shows, but when I save templates, they don't appear there.

Autopilot contact URL appear in Pipedrive (Or any CRM)
Export the Autopilot contact URL into a Custom field in Pipedrive CRM to allow access to salespeople to click on Autopilot link and view breakdown and journey progress from within Autopilot.

Dynamic Update Field from URL
Can't add data from form for export or sync based on URL or other dynamic information. Can add data that's already in a custom field, but no way to get URL of form submission.

Issue with tracking for MS Outlook for a button
The AP tracking code in a link is only added to links in buttons when they are read in webversion or other email clients than MS Outlook.
We all know the issue with MS Outlook and the fact we have to add extra code as with the [if mso] tag, but it seems Autopilot only adds the tracking to the normal code and not to the [if mso] code. So from within MS Outlook there is no tracking on buttons.
This seems like a very necessary change

Account suspended notification
Please create a notification with individual Autopilot accounts to notify of any major errors or suspensions. If an account gets suspended, there needs to be larger notification processes rather than a single email to only the owner of the account; emails can get lost, and other people are doing the day-to-day work. This lack of notification has caused a major problem for company.

Publish journey at.... x time.
The time trigger is limited in the sense that I can't add additional contacts later on. I wish the publish button had a time trigger on it so I can ensure my journey starts at the desired time.

Where are custom fields used in journeys
Being able to identify where custom fields are used in journeys before we edit/delete them, like it shows for segments/lists before you delete.

Auto-refresh Salesforce Fields after reconnecting to Salesforce
I reconnected my Salesforce because of a previous issue and then had problems with my journeys because somehow I wasn't able to configure the Salesforce shapes anymore. It seemed as if the connection to Salesforce was broken. In the end I figured out it was just that Autopilot had forgotten the available Salesforce fields. The solution was pressing the "Refresh Salesforce Fields" button in the filed mapping. Took me long time to figure this out. Maybe it would be handy if Autopilot would always auto-refresh the Salesforce fields after every reconnection.

Ability to save rows & sections e.g footer that can be added to emails rather than saving the whole email as a template
I would like to be able to save commonly used rows as a section that can be dropped into emails.
So when you are making a row, give the option to save as a section and theses then become components you can add into other emails. That way you can build emails quicker with a bunch of components rather than saving a whole email as a template.

Add A "Continue" Condition For The Send Email Action
I would like a way to have a Send Email action cause the next action in a journey whether it is sent or not. I know on the Send SMS action, there is an arrow option called "Continue", which means the person moves to the next stage whether the message was sent successfully or not. This means users can still progress through the journey if an email wasn't sent for any reason (bounced or unsubscribed).

Add column customiser + saved filter view to the contacts section.
I would like to be able to change the default columns and save presets for what information is present in the columns.
