  2. Make it possible to inject data/images from the backend into newsletters, for a hyper-personalized experience.

    Imagine being able to combine the massive amount of personalized data in the backend, with the possibility to hyper-personalize a newsletter.

    In a regular text-box it is possible to iterate and present data from JSON.
    However it is not possible to style and make said data in a text-box.
    Styling is possible in a HTML-box, but here it is impossible to get the JSON data (as mail clients block JS).

    What I am suggesting is a possibility to combine the two boxes, leaving us, your customers, with the opportunity to import data from your backend, and present that data to…

    It would be great to be able to filter contacts by their email performance statistics, i.e. to send an email to contacts who open 90% of the emails we send to them.

  5. Set User Activities (email open, click, etc) in SalesForce as "Completed"

    When activities are posted to SalesForce as a result of prospect behavior, those activity records are not flagged as Complete, so they clog up our incomplete sales tasks lists.

  6. Show Journeys as a tag on the contact record

    Within the contact record, there are currently summaries for both the Smart Segments and lists a contact is tagged to. It would be great to show what journeys a contact is in and be able to build Smart Segments based on this.

  7. SMS optin/signup or integrate with existing service

    Since we can currently send SMS which is great, it would be if leads can optin/signup with SMS. Currently a Zapier connection is required to existing service. It would a nice feature and in-line with Autopilot's way ahead.

  8. Add 'Journey Name' to fields available for dynamic insertion

    Would be handy to have the Journey Name as a field that can be inserted into emails and notifications, like --First Name--.

    Use case example is that I have a Slack message notification for when emails bounce... I'd like to have one message that has the contact's details and also what Journey the email bounced in. I can do this manually by having different messages... however would like to pull this across dynamically.

  9. Update multiple contacts as a group.

    I would like to select multiple contacts (i.e. all from one company) and have the ability to update all of them at one time. For example, I wanted to keep all of the contacts in a list in order to track their visits to the site, but did not want to have them sent any emails. Currently, I have to select each person and unsubscribe them one by one. Processing as a batch would have been preferred.

  10. Removing/archiving contacts that completed journey

    Subscription payments are based on the number of contacts however some of the contacts are only going through the journey for 2-3 months. I would like AP to archive/move the contacts that completed all their journeys to avoid paying for them when not needed

    Be able to change the content of an alert based on their ip location. So for example, people in the US would get an different message then people outside the US.

  13. Properly casing names submitted via forms (later used for emails)

    Often when people fill out forms they don't properly case their names so that when we autoemails from Autopilot, it might say "Hi elaine."

    Is there a way in Autopilot to make sure that names that are submitted as elaine or ELAINE or ELaine get properly cased before anything else happens?

    That would be supremely helpful.

  20. Possibility of multiple proactive headsup messages to appear in random order when people land on a particular page (like A/B but more).

    The idea is to be able to have more than one headsup per page, but since you don't want them to appear at the same time, it would be possible to have them appear randomly. This could possibly be a form of A/B testing proactive headsup, but also of just having variety (and ultimately finding ones with best response rate).
