More detailed reporting for proactive headsup
It'd be great to be able to see more stats for proactive headsup —ideally something similar to headsup reports.

Add "Not Member of Any List" criteria to Smart Segments
There currently isn't an easy way to filter for customers who haven't been assigned to any list. It can be done by multiple stacking exclusion criteria, but that can be cumbersome and error prone.

Add the possibility of an "OR" when using multiple field checks
the only logic available is AND (per docs) - would be great to have OR logic as well.

allow alias instead of actual names on proactive headsup
I don't necessarily want my own name on the proactive headsup. An alias would be great or just my first name and last initial.

Ability to see shape details on the Live View screen of a Journey
When viewing the Live View screen of a Journey you can't see details of each shape's configuration. Enhance the Live View to display a read only display of each shapes configuration when clicking on the shape.

Make List / Smart Segment View Resizable
Currently, the gray toolbar/list that shows all of your lists and smart segments is not resizable. If you use longer names, it makes it hard to find what the item you're selecting is without hovering over it for the tool tip to show. Making it resizable would solve this issue.

Ability to disable updating contact details when a form is submitted
Currently, if a form is submitted by a contact that already exists on AutoPilot, the contact details will be updated with the latest information.
However, if there are some fields in the form that doesn't allow "upsert" or the information in the last submission is incorrect, this automatic process would cause unexpected results.
So, I would like to add an option that allows me to disable this functionality.

Allow selecting more than one slack channel for messages
We have many slack messages we create for our internal teams to stay in sync. Autopilot is effective for this, but currently each message can only go to one Slack channel.
See screenshot showing the the exact same message duplicated in Autopilot (one to sales and one to our marketing team). If I didn't fully detail the message title, there would be no way to distinguish these two and it's very hard to keep them consistent as we keep growing.
Please add:
- Ability to choose more than one Slack channel for a message.

Proactive Headsup update custom fields
When a Proactive Headsup is submitted, have the ability to update custom field/s.

Use Proactive Headsup user's email for first and last name fields in Salesforce rather than producing an error and doing nothing.
Salesforce Lead records require Last Name, Company and Lead Status.
I don't like a bazillion fields on Proactive Headsup so I just ask for First Name and Email.
But then I get an error: Couldn't be synced as a Salesforce Lead. Required fields are missing: [LastName].
Proactive Headsup doesn't ask for Lead Status or Company but you're smart enough to automatically populate these required fields.
So why not do the same thing for Last Name (and First Name if that is not asked)?
If no last name is provided, just use the first name in both first and last name…

Return to contact list with contacts in same order as previously seen
I want to remove all contacts from a certain company
The process I am following is:
Search company name > Click first name on list > Manually Unsubscribe
Return to list > Click second name on list > Manually Unsubscribe
However, every time I return to the list, it is shown in a different order so it makes it extremely difficult and I end up returning to the same name numerous times.

Integrate with Webinar Service Provider Demio (demio.com)
Demio has a great webinar service with all the bells and whistles I want in a webinar experience but the only way to get registrants into Autopilot is via Zapier. With Autopilot there could be some really great journeys.

Native integration with Typeform
A request to add the option to have native integration with Typeform so those that complete a form do not have to continuously type their email address. We use surveys and other such options along customer journeys, many can do this as it is a great way to maintain lead engagement, and as Autopilot is a customer journey software, perhaps this is a feature work supporting.

Sync email activity with Pipdrive
When a contact receives an email through Autopilot, it would be awesome for the activity to show up in Pipedrive under the corresponding deal. That way when we look at a deal, we can see what information they've already received or what steps of the journey they've already gone through.

Copying shapes
It would be of great help just to click on a few shapes, select, copy and paste them as needed, on the same journey or on new ones. Now, if we need to repeat some shapes of a journey, we are forced to duplicate the entire journey it and work from that.

Support the sync with the "Organization" field type in Pipedrive
The sync with Pipedrive is almost complete BUT the sync with the "Organization" field type in Pipedrive is not currently supported.

Add App Store and Google Play icons to the Social content shape
I want to include App Store and Google Play badges to my email footers, that link to our app. At the moment the only way to do that is by inserting an image file, which has display/layout limitations. Would be great if these badges/icons were available in the Social content shape.

Export open, click and unsubscribe data to Google Sheets
As per the titles, it would be really helpful to be able to export, either manually or automatically (using Zapier) the open, click and unsubscribe rates to Google Sheet. Being able to do this would allow me to create custom Data Studio reports so we can track revenue and attribute it to specific emails.

New 'hold' shape to hold contacts at the end of journeys
New 'hold' shape to hold contacts at the end of journeys.
So that we can use this shape at the end of each of our journeys, and so that when we 'extend' a journey contacts will continue from where they left off
