  1. Support Segment Group Calls

    Group calls in Segment help update a group of contacts all associated to the same group or company. It would be great to leverage this Segment feature in Autopilot.

    In Segment Field Mappings you would need to specify that a field was coming from a group call, associate the group to a field like Company, and update all contacts under that company.

  2. Make Email Code Fully Accessible (or at least downloadable)

    I should be able to access the full code of an existing email template. Currently if I upload a zip of HTML/Images, there's no way to view the entire source anymore.

    I understand the current strategy is in keeping with "editable zones" philosophy so non-savvy users don't botch an entire email template, but there should be some way for me to at least download the entire HTML for that email (even if it's simply a .zip).

    Historically I've had clients bring me in late in the game to assist with email and I would find it incredibly frustrating to have…

  3. Treat UTM Parameters like normal fields

    Having to create Smart Segments to see UTM data sucks.

    I want my UTM data sync'd with Salesforce.

    In theory I think I can accomplish this by creating a Smart Segment Trigger + Salesforce Field Update action for each UTM parameter.

    In practice I haven't tried this yet because that's a lot of extra work.

    Just treat UTM parameters like normal fields!

    Creating a second, hidden field type for UTM parameters seems like extra work for y'all. And it certainly reduces the usability for us users. Bad combo.

  4. Multi-lingual journeys

    Our product comes in multiple languages. We end up duplicating each journey for each language so that every user receives content in their native language. This is very difficult to maintain. It would be awesome to have a single journey which can work with multiple languages.

  5. Duplicate Shape Feature

    When editing a Journey, it would be very useful to be able to duplicate or copy and paste shapes that have been added. Often times, a journey may contain several of the same shapes such as "Wait 7 Days". The ability to add one shape and then duplicate the shape as many times as you need, would eliminate grabbing and adding the same shape and setting all associated parameters over and over and over again. Show your support!

    Add functionality to merge contacts and/or link contacts that can be identified as duplicates (emails and/or phone may vary). Ideally, combine their histories of interactions.

  7. Add a recurring time trigger (daily signup report)

    Instead of just a single time trigger, allow a time trigger to be configured to happen on a recurring basis (e.g. weekly, hourly, daily).

    Couple this with the ability to put a list into an email so that we can create daily, weekly signup reports.

  10. Add more steps and fields in the Proactive Headsup form

    Why having to go through another channel and timing to qualify the lead? At the moment the Proactive Headsup is limited to a "blind" subscription form : would be great to be able to add steps within the same pop-in window with other fields/questions in order to better qualify the lead while they are hot on the site.

  11. Delay for Heads Up Messages

    Be able to specify a time delay for display of Proactive Heads Up messages. eg: to allow a day of X seconds before display to allow time for user to read a landing page headline and key points, watch a video etc. before displaying Heads Up

  12. Add a link to edit email templates without doing it via Journey

    I would like a way to quickly access my email templates without doing it through the journey configuration. As it stands, I would have to create a journey and then add the shape before I could create an email or edit an existing one. There should be an easier way (menu option) to easily access and edit my email templates.

  13. Enable syncing with Microsoft Dynamics CRM

    Whilst we could/will sync to our MS Dynamics CRM via an API - it would be great if simple syncing was offered for MS Dynamics CRM. This can't currently be done via Zapier as they don't offer and app for MS Dynamics CRM yet. Making use of the 'shapes' in the journey to integrate directly with actions and triggers on our CRM would be great!

  15. Add an option to autodelete unsubscribers

    This would be a really useful feature for managing contact lists. I don't want to keep people in the system once they've unsubscribed. And at the moment I have to delete each contact individually as they unsubscribe or hard bounce. It would save loads of time if we could simply tick a box to do this automatically.

    Split custom field "Full Name" into --First Name-- --Last Name-- field automatically via the Field Update function. I thought the system already did this until I spoke to support.

    So the benefit is it cuts down the number of fields on the form by one., also allow you to use --First Name-- in your emails.

  18. Integration with ZOHO

    ZOHO CRM and Campaigns are solid platforms with a lot of good features, but their marketing automation is lacking and can get cumbersome. I'm sure a lot of people who don't want to splurge on salesforce, would love to power up ZOHO with Autopilot. Please consider it!

  20. Exit intent pop up

    Exit Intent Pop-Up Form
    It would be great if Autopilot had an exit intent pop-up form like Thrive Leads. It would be similar to the proactive heads up form you have but better. It would pop-up in the middle of the screen (but not take up the entire screen) after a certain period of time that Autopilot users could choose or when a site visitor was about to exit the site.
