  3. Enforce mandatory fields in forms / keep autopilot from submitting the form if only the email address is present

    We have enforced fields, meaning the form cannot be submitted if the fields are empty or do not meet the criteria (e.g. personal email instead of business email). However, autopilot tracks every form submission as long as an email is present. This doesn't allow us to enforce fields and limits us and probably a lot of other marketers as well :(

  4. Improve Pipedrive Integration

    Create more trigger points (such as from a deal), improve condition checks (these are currently quite unreliable), improve data update time from PD into AP

  5. Allow the movement of image uploads to folders AFTER they are uploaded

    Right now, you can't move an image to a folder after it's uploaded. The ability to move images around would be very helpful with multiple people in the software from the team and not always cleaning up after themselves.

  6. Be Able to Schedule When a Journey is Published

    Sometimes there's a need for a journey to be activated at a certain time, but not immediately (e.g. to complement another journey that has just been activated). It would be useful to be able to schedule when a journey is published.

  7. Add Arizona as a timezone

    Arizona does not observer daylight savings time. For those setting up journeys in Arizona or those wanting to time journeys to customers in Arizona, this would be extremely helpful.

  9. Be able to use form field data that doesn't directly correspond to a contact field

    So two ways to be able to do this. One allow variables within a journey that we can insert into items. Also allow more than one form field to be combined or concatenenated into a notes field. So for instance I might have a bunch of data that I want to keep saved with record but I don't need to automate anything on it. Or even have that data show in the feed of the contact maybe.

  10. Excel style / google sheets style calculations in fields

    I would love to be able to create fields that simply have formulas in them that auto calculate based on other fields. I love excel and how you can do that.

  11. Add multiple Lists, Smart Segments, emails, etc to a shape

    Many journeys have several triggers and condition checks. Currently, I'm required to add a shape to the canvas for each. The canvas would be much cleaner with fewer shapes if I could select multiple Lists and Smart Segments to a Time Trigger shape or select multiple emails for a condition check, for example.

  12. Recent activity filter

    do you guys have like a recent activity report.. that takes all Contact history and shows it quickly by Date? So I know if I click page by page in the Dashboard I can see who's been on our site, but that's slow and we have a lot of "Anonymous" hits. So what if Contacts go back to our site and are tracked outside of a specific Journey. This is what I'm talking about. If I could filter the recent Dashboard by "recent activity" or something that would be really good

  13. Make it possible to assign Activities/Tasks to a role

    Salesforce users may come and go in some situations. That is why it is important to be able to assign tasks to Salesforce roles. Otherwise, when someone on our team changes rules or gets hired or fired we are forced to have cataloged all of the steps in all of the journeys where an assignment takes place and make a change in all those locations

  14. Better Split-testing and split-test reporting

    Split-testing in AP is painful compared to every other split-testing software I'm using in my funnel (Optimizely, Adespresso). I have to manually go into each emails reporting, write down the results in an excel sheet, and manually compare.

    I have a large list, if I do an 8-variant split, this is a very time-consuming process to split up.

    Happy to give a wireframe of a UX that would work for this if needed.

  15. Allow Upload via CSV delivered by FTP

    For those of us who don't have CRMs that are integrated, it would be unbelievably helpful to be able to upload a CSV file of customer information to an FTP and have it uploaded via a script into the software.

  16. Segmentation journey flow

    We can see where an individual has been and what emails they have opened, but it would be good to see the typical user journey for a particular segment - for example: I have a segment for all the decision makers in my overall list (CEOs, MDs etc...), it would be great to see where most of these people go (40% go to the pricing page for example)

  17. Send random messages.

    Our most popular journey is sending emails with a link to a page which shows people a random message, for example "your daily quote", "your random daily task". It would be great to be able to pick some emails into a group and tell autopilot "send random email".

    Autopilot already integrates with Segment. An integration with mParticle would strengthen Autopilot's ability to stay 'open and connected' with marketing data.

  19. Simple unified view of all emails

    Have a collection of all emails that are embedded in journeys. List should include data of last send, link to the journey where it is embedded and edit. Possibly link to report view of sends and analytics.

  20. Redirect to URL after proactive Headsup

    Similar to another idea of being able to change the THANK YOU message; it would be nice to forward a submit to a thank-you page URL. In that way you can customize the thank you itself + measure the submit in Google Analytics.
