log Headsup messages activity on SFDC! That means we'd be able to see how leads are interacting (or not) with those messages...

Weird this is a key feature, but its not tracked in SFDC as a activity. I need end to end reporting, so not tracking this is kind of a huge deal as its a tool that helps conversions.

Agree with Brian, we are about to move to Autopilot but it's essential for the sales / customer success teams to have a complete view of interactions.

Perhaps you've heard the phrase (and if you haven't, you've not spent much time around Salesforce) -- if it's not in Salesforce, it didn't happen.
If you want AutoPilot to be considered a serious MA solution -- you've got to try to make the Salesforce Admin's job easier -- you've got to put that activity in Salesforce and you've got to be really flexible in how you let us do that.Clients are going to get all excited with "Heads Up" (and I hope it's only the beginning of AutoPilot generating dynamic web content and enabling it in Journeys) -- this is a really BIG DEAL. But if you can't track it -- What the heck??
Remember -- if it's not in Salesforce, it didn't happen.
