Send Headsup Message from SFDC Owner
It would be great if you could automatically choose the Headsup message to be sent from the Salesforce Owner - much like the functionality available in the Send Email Action.

Agreed. We have multiple team members who we need to be able to dynamically set as the headsup message persona.

This is a recurring issue for us, really frustrating our CSM team. They don't want all the account-based messaging within our app coming from someone on the marketing team. They don't want just "one" CSM getting unfair airtime. There isn't a good workaround here -- we really need to be able to use a lead owner variable as the team member that shows for Headsup messages.

+1. We have different Customer Success Managers and would like to send the message from the specific CSM assigned to the contact/account to help build the relationship with their CSM. B2B software type use-case.
