Provide a way to pause a Journey rather than stopping it completely
Sometimes I want to pause (or unpublish) a journey so that it stops running while I make updates or verify that other journeys aren't conflicting with it. But then I want to be able to publish it again.
Right now if I "Stop" a journey, there is no way to restart it other than to copy it to a new journey and publish again. This requires many more clicks and is highly innefficient.

Nothing changed about this feature since 2015?
Doesn't stopping and duplicating journey means that users will enter this journey again?

Should this be done, it would be nice to be able to do it from the journey dashboard too (either from the drop-down or after clicking manage).
