Create integrated form service into autopilot. Allow for simple data capture forms. 5 or 6 fields max.

Its hard for me to want to upgrade because forms on WP right now are nearly impossible. It's very costly with all the additional fee's and lets all be honest - contact form 7 SUCKS.

More important than a form builder - we need a form action handler. Otherwise, you need to write a PHP or node script, and have a server to host the script on, so you can have your data pushed to Autopilot via the API.
This is really a hassle.
I can rapidly develop a frontend form. But the handler should be something managed by Autopilot.

Typeform integration would save so much time and hassle - nearly a deal breaker

Brian Fey has a great point however I've had issue with the form scanner. I don't think its a problem on Autopilot, I think it was the nature of the form.
In my use case, this will actually lose autopilot money. Currently, because of this issue, I'm using the free tier of an auto responder for some forms and transfering into AutoPilot based on clicks on the welcome campaign. I do this because I don't want to go down the rabbit hole of paying zapier. As my tier in Autopilot goes up, my Zapier usage would do the same. I'd just pull everything into Autopilot if I didn't have this problem.
In my case, if I just had basic HTML code it would be parsed with my WP form builder. and I can style from there. In the long run, implementing your own forms will be much less painful than constantly integrating new apps.

For what it's worth -- for all of you asking for a form builder in AutoPilot . . .
One of the things that attracted me to AutoPilot -- after more than a decade using systems like Eloqua, Marketo, Pardot, and a few others -- is that the more they put into their systems, it just costs us more and gives us a single choice -- where right now we can choose from among a dozen choices.
The form builder in Eloqua was terrible, same for Pardot. I felt terrible using a 3rd party for forms when I was already paying Eloqua or Pardot -- but I was much better off doing that.
Instead of being stuck with a single choice for forms -- with AutoPilot I get to choose from among nearly a dozen providers.
Try InstaPage (for example) -- it's far superior to any form builder you're going to find built into an MA platform.
Same goes for eMail editors -- AutoPilot makes it easy to use a variety of 3rd party solutions.
Let's keep AutoPilot focused on improving journey capabilities and improving integration with Salesforce -- and keep their prices down.
That's what I think anyway . . .

Would be great to have this simple form directly built into the Proactive Headsup pop-in - or the ability to add it nicely in the Journey for new leads

This would be nice

I think an integration with something like gravity forms or typeform might be a good interim solution as building your own can be a nightmare.
