Allow anonymous visitors to be identified via Autopilot or the API when they are known
In the activity field I see a lot of Anonymous 110 visited http:// (numbers going up in sequence). In many cases I already know who that person is. Is there any way I can click through to that field and add in their contact info? At the moment it looks like there's no option to edit.
In many cases I've been chatting with them on my website, but there is no form filled out, so nothing brought into the site. I don't want to create that extra barrier, of asking for name and email first. But while chatting, I manually update the fields in my chat software. Is there a way I could transfer the info (through an api, or webhooks) into Autopilot?
