Customizing SMS sender name
Currently, when you're sending a SMS, the sender name is SMS, it could be great to be able to customize it with our company name or other name.

In Twilio this is called Alpha Sender ID, and is available in selected countries.
If you have configured a Messaging Service in Twilio to use Alpha Sender ID it can be used through their API
https://www.twilio.com/docs/sms/services/copilot-send-messages#adding-an-alpha-sender-idIt would be good to be able to use a Messaging Service instead of just a number from Twilio. This gives SMS much more credibility and increases responses.
There is a workaround which can be used, adding a contact to a list, then having Zapier pick it up, and from there send Twilio SMS with Alphanumeric Sender ID.
-but I really would like having the control of the SMS and the flow in Autopilot is the whole point of using Autopilot -

I represent an agency needing this for at least 20 of our clients.

Twillo support said this is fairly simple to integrate in the API using their alphanumeric settings.

This is pretty important I think. For one it will make it look like it is coming from an automated service, so customers don't try and call or write back and second it would be awesome for branding.
Having it come from just a number is a little too povo for my liking.

A Twilio feature is the ability to send an Alpha Sender ID in locations that support this feature. It would be great to allow this feature to be accessed via AP.

Being able to use a custom phone number so contacts can reply directly to your phone number would be AMAZING! Thanks!
