Would be great to have goal tracking reported back to AP
would be great to have your own tracking script report back to AP goal completions. User A is on journey, sent to ecommerce site, makes purchase (goal), script on goal success page reports back to AP user A has succeeded in purchase and we can then run journey off of this user and this event.

Add a list_id param to contact_added_to_list webhook
Include a param you can specify during webhook registration that allows users to specify what list_id they are interested in receiving webhooks for.

Headsup on Exit Intent
Hi, I would like a Headsup message on exit intent.
And preferably with an option to add some other fields. This would be a great improvement.
Any other improvement to Heads Up like better styling options and an image instead of the icon would also be great.

save a list of approved domains for activity tracking.
Somebody stole our website design complete with autopilot tracking code. Now activity on the domain with the stolen design is clogging up our own activity. We're pursing the site owner but would be nice to have protections in place in autopilot.

Use custom HTML template in Advanced editor
We've made a new template from one of your example templates, and want to implement it and use on all our emails from now on. It seems like though, that the only option to upload the template is through the "Upload HTML" under the Basic Editor, which doesn’t support to “Save as template”. That means that I can’t use my own template in your new editor, nor can save it as template and therefore have to upload the HTML every single time. To me that seems like a majar flaw in your software, or maybe I’m missing something?

Search feature for shapes
I often find myself scrolling through the shapes sidebar looking for a particular shape that I know by name but not sure where to find it in the long list. It would be great if there was a search box at the top to quickly trim down the list of shapes by name

option for security/role hierarchies
As a marketing company working for multiple companies, it would be good to have an option to segment/partition journey's and client data. This way I could give each customer access to login and check the dashboard in real time but only see their own data.

Allow Autopilot to create SalesForce Accounts and Contacts from forms
Like many companies, we have decided that SalesForce leads is not relevant or necessary and have migrated to an Accounts and Contacts type SalesForce CRM. It would, therefore, be helpful if we had the option of creating a flow that tells AutoPilot to create a new Account and Contact from a form as opposed to a simple lead.

HTML editing for emails
At the moment you can only edit text and images for an EDM. Any other editing like adding or removing sections needs to be done externally, then re-uploaded. It would be so much easier if we could access HTML within the Autopilot editor.

Manually add/remove contact from a journey
Would be great if you could manually add/remove a contact from a specific journey. Bonus points for being able to add them into a specific point in the journey, rather than just at the beginning.

Integrate with Tidio live chat
Including adding contacts to autopilot automatically once they've chatted, and linking user's activity on website into their autopilot contact record after they've identified themselves via the chat form.

Emails from the "notifications" shape - Show emails sent / delivered / opened etc.
It would be nice to see if notifications were sent, and if they sent correctly, if they were opened etc. and also to create rules based on whether or not the email has been opened. I think some people would want to check that internal notifications have been sent/opened etc and, if not, take automated action.

Add Reply-To address on internal notification shape
The default reply-to address is the contact's address and cannot be changed.
When an employee responds to an internal notification by reply email the customer receives responses to internal notifications by mistake.
I recommend allowing users to set a custom value for the reply-to address on the notification shape.

Tracking other parameters than UTM codes
At this moment, only UTM codes are trackable with AutoPilot. I would be great if we can track other parameters too, to distinguish different pages or forms on a web page.
