  1. Allow Merge Tags in HTML box

    It'd be great if you could utilize merge tags in the HTML box of an email. This way, you would be able to swap out photos, and other things, by using custom fields, rather than having multiple templates, each with different photos.

    Support something like this:

  3. Automatic stop journeys, which their date has passed

    Journeys that are scheduled to a specific time (like certain mailers), should be Stopped automatically, once time has passed

  5. Allow Liquid Syntax to Have Hyperlinks (Link from Dynamic Content)

    It's great that we can load dynamic content based on users behavior but we'd like to allow our users to click that content.

    Use case: We have an article recommendation system and I'd like to populate parts of our emails with content for that user and let them click though to read the full article.

    For some reason, the 'Send Test' function works for this but not when you push it into production (which we learned the very hard way).

  6. WPforms Integration

    WPforms is one of the most powerful forms for wordpress and its new conversational form (typeform like) are really useful.

    I would like to see a native integration with them :)

  9. Ejection shouldn't (or have choice not to) count in conversion stats

    If we use the eject shape to eject people who shouldn't have been in the journey in the first place (as we get the data that they're not right for the journey)... I don't think it should count in the conversion stats... it messes up the conversion stats...

    The stats in insights currently counts even ejected contacts as valid entries, so if they didn't convert, it lowers the conversion percentage. Whereas I think they shouldn't count.

  11. Contact no. and Company Name Field in the Chat Bot

    It would be really helpful if there's a field to ask for visitor's for their contact no. and company name. This will help have a better qualified lead. Also, If there is a way to add custom fields it would help customise the chat bot according to the organisation specific requirements

    Assign Leads to Queues in Salesforce
    Salesforce supports the idea of Queues. For lead assignments for example, these can be a holding place where different team members can go in and grab an item off the queue.

    Salesforce itself supports assigning leads to a Queue, but the Autopilot Salesforce Assign Lead action currently does not. Is this possible to assign?

  13. Exclude internal traffic/ip from Autopilot (just like Google Analytics)

    The heaviest users of a website tend to be people from within the organisation. So it makes sense to remove this group from your Autopilot traffic otherwise your visitor figures will be artificially inflated by internal use. Your data will also be skewed by their behaviour, and have a detrimental effect on conversion rate optimisation.

  14. Add projects to Delighted action

    Delighed (https://delighted.com) now supports Projects, which is really cool as most companies have more than one product / projects / teams which needs NPS.

    However, Autopilot doesn't support selecting which project the NPS survey should be sent from so it always is connected to the first one / default.

    Can you please add possibility to select project in the Delightful NPS action?

  17. Add more info on journey nodes for Salesforce campaign triggers/actions

    When using Salesforce campaigns within journies, both as actions and triggers, there isn't enough information provided on the corresponding node like there are on most other elements.

    I have lead scoring and page tracking journies setup which reference a lot of Salesforce campaigns, and when I'm making additions or reviewing these for errors, I have to click in and out of every single one to make sure it's tied to the correct campaign.   18. Track "ctrl+left click" to scroll the canvas

    In addition to the navigation box in the bottom left, having the ability to ctrl+click / drag to scroll would be a great addition. Other services with a similar canvas style interface have successfully captured the click style so should be a feasible addition.

  19. Make emails more dynamic with AMP

    We would like to have the opportunity to create more interactive messages. You could RSVP to an event or fill our a questionnaire directly on the email, without having to change to another page.   20. Allow us to create/read/update/delete REST Hooks via the dashboard UI instead of via the API

    The REST Hooks are a useful feature. It would be great if there were a UI to set the trigger event and target_url values instead of having to do it by speaking HTTP with the Autopilot API directly.
