Round-robin functionality for the Assign to Group action (in addition to random)
It would be great we could assign a SFDC lead to group in a round robin fashion. This would assure an even distribution of leads to our teams.

Zendesk Integration
We'd like to be able to evaluate Zendesk data to make a decision within a Journey. IE # of recently created tickets, Zendesk custom fields, etc.
We have our Zendesk broken down into categories, we'd need to be able to filter based on these categories. IE a support ticket is very different from a strategic ticket with the customer success manager.

Enable more Integration Between More Salesforce Objects
Can you please roadmap some development with your Salesforce API so that at least the campaign and campaign member objects/fields can be synced with Autopilot custom fields. The ability to sync custom objects would also be a huge plus. (similar to how you have done for Leads, Contacts & Accounts).
This is a constant frustration for marketers across many MA tools including Pardot which is owned by Salesforce! It adds so much complexity and work arounds in Salesforce to get the right data into Autopilot.

Export Journey as Omnigraffle File For Wireframing
Being able to export your Journey as a PDF or file for presentations would be great. Even better would be an omnigraffle template that has all of the vector elements used so someone can mock up designs with team members prior to putting in place.

Expand --today-- functionality to allow operations such as --today+3--
Currently you can update a date field to today's date by inserting --today-- into the update field action. Please expand this so we can do operations such as --today+3-- to set a date field to be three days from today.

Support Segment Group Calls
Group calls in Segment help update a group of contacts all associated to the same group or company. It would be great to leverage this Segment feature in Autopilot.
In Segment Field Mappings you would need to specify that a field was coming from a group call, associate the group to a field like Company, and update all contacts under that company.

Update/populate custom fields based on calculation
This would be useful when creating custom fields to represent total spend, total transactions, average spend per transaction, etc. Ideally, you create an 'Update Field' action to add to the field. E.g. in a customer's first transaction, they spent $50. In their next transaction, they spend $20. The 'Update Field' action for the first transaction would add the total transaction value to the empty 'Total Spend' field. On the second transaction, the 'Update Field' action would add the $20 to the $50 already in the 'Total Spend' field.

Make Email Code Fully Accessible (or at least downloadable)
I should be able to access the full code of an existing email template. Currently if I upload a zip of HTML/Images, there's no way to view the entire source anymore.
I understand the current strategy is in keeping with "editable zones" philosophy so non-savvy users don't botch an entire email template, but there should be some way for me to at least download the entire HTML for that email (even if it's simply a .zip).
Historically I've had clients bring me in late in the game to assist with email and I would find it incredibly frustrating to have…

Update API to include ability to pull email subject/body
When using the new data stream I am able to receive records of when a person received/clicked/opened an email. I am not able to pull the email subject/body from the template that was used to send the email.
Adding an API call that would return this information for a given email ID is important as it would allow us to provide full visibility of what is going on in autopilot in our internal tools.

Allow selecting more than one slack channel for messages
We have many slack messages we create for our internal teams to stay in sync. Autopilot is effective for this, but currently each message can only go to one Slack channel.
See screenshot showing the the exact same message duplicated in Autopilot (one to sales and one to our marketing team). If I didn't fully detail the message title, there would be no way to distinguish these two and it's very hard to keep them consistent as we keep growing.
Please add:
- Ability to choose more than one Slack channel for a message.

Cutomise contact, list and segment table (columns, sort etc)
It would be good to be able to customise list view - which columns display, in what order (swap columns around) and be able to sort on different columns.

Form Tracking
Form is not being tracked if action path is not used. If autopilot can track the form that used id to instead of action file, it would begreat.

Auto-complete segment event names when creating a journey
When we create a new Segment Event to trigger from in a Journey, we free type the name of the Segment event. It would be much better if the field auto-completed or provided suggestions for the field based on available segment events.

Add second step for unsubscribing
At the moment users are directly unsubscribed after clicking on the unsubscribe link. What would be very handy is if you were able to customise the unsubscribe options so that there is a second step to the process after clicking the Unsubscribe link – “Are you sure you want to unsubscribe from this list?” or a similar text.
This would prevent people from unsubscribing by mistake, as that can easily happen with a single click on a link.

Improve the API to allow searching for contacts by phone number
The contacts API is quite restrictive it would be nice to be able to query for the contacts matching a certain condition (phone number or other contact fields)

Global Form Capture
Option for Autopilot to scan entire website for all forms and automatically commence tracking... Forms can be identified via URL, until given a specific user friendly name by the user.
Would be good if this option could then periodically scan for new forms and auto track them and collect data.
