  1. Suppress visits to specific URL in dashboard for all users

    I have some pages on website which really are needed to be displayed as 'visited pages' in dashboard. is there a way to suppress them from reporting?

  3. I'm wondering if Helpshifts' outbound messages would be a channel that we could support at some point?

    I'm wondering if Helpshift's outbound / direct, in-app messages would be a channel that you would be able to support? Any thoughts on this as a new channel for mobile apps?

  4. I was wondering whether it's possible to create a shape that pulls a CSV file containing all the data in a list for the last day/week/month

    I was wondering whether it's possible to create a shape that pulls a CSV file containing all the contact data in a specific list (based on certain conditions i.e. opted-in = yes) for the last day/week/month and delivers it via email/FTP. This could then be used by external service providers such as call centres.

  5. Add a trigger for "removed from a campaign"

    It would be helpful to be able to trigger an action based on a contact being removed from a campaign in Salesforce.

    For example, I have a Newsletter campaign in Salesforce. The only status is Member, because they are removed from the campaign if they opt out. I would like to be able to remove them from the campaign via Autopilot, and remove them from a corresponding list in Autopilot, based on them being removed from the Salesforce campaign.

  7. Set a "From" Field for Internal Notifications.

    When selecting to send an Internal Notification, allow us to select who the notification comes from. The same way we select a "From" field for sending outgoing e-mails, allow us to select it for internal e-mails. A company may want all lead information to be sent from one person while all customer service notifications get sent from someone else.

  9. Base CRM Integration

    Autopilot (http://autopilothq.com) targets users that want easy & visual marketing automation, but currently only integrates with Salesforce, which is ironic since salesforce is totally overly complex. Base CRM would be a much better fit as base and Autopilot target a similar market and would be massively complementary to one another.

    Base CRM is great for sales, but what is even better than pure manual selling, is sales automation. This would be a huge win for autopilot as many Base users are savvy at sales and want to ramp up.

  10. Check Syntax While Loading Email Addresses

    Hey All,

    At some point it might be a good idea for you to check the email address syntax while they load in to the system for the first time. Campaign Monitor and Mail Chimp do this already and let you know how many "errors" there were when uploading a list.

    Otherwise some mistakes will slip through the cracks and make the user's bounce rate look terrible and possibly (I'm not 100% sure how this works) have a negative effect on your (Autopilot's) server's deliverability.

    Currently because LeadPages use a unique way of structuring their forms I can't capture leads into Autopilot. I would love if you added LeadPages support

  12. Allow for journey testing by admins

    Allow admins to test journeys before publishing them. This feature would allow admins to build a journey and then test it, if required, changing delay times to a matter of seconds or minutes to allow for each stage to be processed and visualised before publishing live.

  14. Excel style / google sheets style calculations in fields

    I would love to be able to create fields that simply have formulas in them that auto calculate based on other fields. I love excel and how you can do that.

  18. Add a "last activity" field for contacts

    In the contacts list, there is a CREATED field. It would be useful to have a "LAST ACTIVITY" field as well so we can identify which contacts are still live and which aren't. The field can mean the last date the contact went through any particular action

  19. Custom field type: LINK. (Or make text URLs clickable in GUI.)

    I also have a suggestion I hope you will consider. Field type for custom fields, you should add LINK. I know it's also just text, but in your interface it's not clickable as far as I can see. So either a type LINK, or a smarter interface that makes it clickable (like when viewing typed links in most email clients).

    It would be very helpful integrating with other tools and services (for example, a direct link to the corresponding contact in an external CRM or other system).

  20. to have a journey parameter that allows one to monitor the emails which have been replied to?

    If someone replies to my emails sent through Autopilot, I want to send them another email. I hope you can get a trigger that lets me automate it/
