Allow multiple lists
When I set up an email series or send a blast email, it would be great if I could select multiple lists that I would like to receive the emails verses only being able to choose 'all lists' or 'one single list'.
I would like to be able to choose multiple contact groups.
For example. Let's say I have a list/group of clients, a list/group of past clients and a list/group of cold leads.
Maybe I want to create an email series that goes to my current and past clients, but I don't want it to go to the cold…

Day-by-day report of marketing stats
Have a cumulative report on, say, email open, bounce, click, etc rates. Right now, only option is a daily report, with one day's worth of data at a time. Would be very valuable to show how clicks increase daily, all in one place. Sample of how I tracked data in Google Sheets, manually, attached.

Allow customization of notification email sender
When adding notification email to a Journey , customizing the " From Email " and from " Name " it's important , it only shows the @autopilot.io as sender and when you hit reply it goes to the lead owner for example user@yahoo.com , should still maintain the @autopilotmail.io or a reply to custom domain , notifications can be used to inform a partner and not just team members and privacy of the user who enters the journey can be protected

Ability to translate the Headsup forms (just make every text editable)
Sadly we can not use autopilot in production, as it lacks the ability to translate the Headsup forms (which I think are gorgeous). Please make buttons and default text editable so we can translate them.

Drag-and-drop components in email builder
Are there plans to introduce more WYSIWYG control in the email builder? For example, most platforms now include drag-and-drop preconfigured sections, e.g. columns, image/text, buttons, etc. This would be great for content and digital marketers looking to use the platform.

Delay for Heads Up Messages
Be able to specify a time delay for display of Proactive Heads Up messages. eg: to allow a day of X seconds before display to allow time for user to read a landing page headline and key points, watch a video etc. before displaying Heads Up

Mobile APP
Autopilot would be a market leader if you could manage the whole system from a smartphone/tablet(IOS/Android)
It is frustrating to have to get the old laptop out to see/manage/build.

Add time since email was sent/opened into smart segment
At the moment I can choose to have if someone has been sent an email in a smart segment. But it'd be great to be able to have it if they've been sent sent an email a certain amount of time ago.

Unsubcribe preference page
We have multiple products that we send product updates,Marketing, news emails about. We would like a landing page for users to manage their email list preferences themselves. This way when a user clicks unsubscribe they are shown the lists they are currently on so that can be removed from just that or all lists from our organisation. This way if that are on the marketing list they might want to just be in the product updates only list.

Add an option to autodelete unsubscribers
This would be a really useful feature for managing contact lists. I don't want to keep people in the system once they've unsubscribed. And at the moment I have to delete each contact individually as they unsubscribe or hard bounce. It would save loads of time if we could simply tick a box to do this automatically.

Allowing email/contacts from the same organization to be tracked, as well as emailed together
Currently you can only email one contact per email. For groups/organizations where you are talking to multiple stakeholders, group emails/emailing multiple contacts would be ideal

Add more business rules for Headsup message to appear (like proactive livechat tool)
For Headsup and Proactive Headsup, we need more business rules like proactive livechat tools based on the visitors behavior:
- # visits total
- duration of the visitors session
- x seconds on a given page without action

Add contact timezone support to time and day windows
This will extend on the functionality currently available (https://autopilothq.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/203310359-Action-Add-Delay) to allow the time and day delivery window to use the contact's timezone

Assign Leads to Queues in Salesforce
Salesforce supports the idea of Queues. For lead assignments for example, these can be a holding place where different team members can go in and grab an item off the queue.
Salesforce itself supports assigning leads to a Queue, but the Autopilot Salesforce Assign Lead action currently does not.

proactive heads up button styling
I'd like to be able to style the Proactive Heads Up button so it matches our styling. Adding the ability to add a hex value for the button color would be a small but useful feature.

Managing bounced and unsubscribed contacts
It would be extremely helpful if autopilot could manage our bounced and unsubscribed contacts without adding those contacts into our total contacts number. Having the list would prevent us from having to reupload the bounce/unsub list, adding new contacts, then redeleting the bounces/unsubs, which we do in order to ensure no contacts that do not wish to be contacted are contacted. However, this is extremely time consuming and ineffective. Adding this feature would make it much easier to manage those contacts that do not wish to be contacted. Paying to have contacts on our contact list when they are not…

Build live chat functionality
You're halfway there with heads up already. Intercom's admin is mediocre and their pricing is confusing. Livechat is poorly designed.
Please save the day. I want to just use autopilot.

Extend your reporting filters - Allow filtering on custom fields
Rather than creating numerous Journeys, the ability to filter reports on custom fields, eg. Lead Source or UTM_SOURCE that would allow reporting not only on Journey and Individual email, but per List / Lead Source
