  1. Custom field type: LINK. (Or make text URLs clickable in GUI.)

    I also have a suggestion I hope you will consider. Field type for custom fields, you should add LINK. I know it's also just text, but in your interface it's not clickable as far as I can see. So either a type LINK, or a smarter interface that makes it clickable (like when viewing typed links in most email clients).

    It would be very helpful integrating with other tools and services (for example, a direct link to the corresponding contact in an external CRM or other system).

  2. to have a journey parameter that allows one to monitor the emails which have been replied to?

    If someone replies to my emails sent through Autopilot, I want to send them another email. I hope you can get a trigger that lets me automate it/

  4. Storage section (Folders) for Marketing Assets - Email Templates, Images, Logos etc

    Would like to able store my marketing assets ( HTML email templates, Images, etc) for current & future use. Having this, i would know where my templates and images are and easily find and use them.

  5. Require email when configuring forms

    When you're configuring forms to be captured by Autopilot, require the email address to be mapped before you can complete the setup. This will prevent contacts from not being created when a form is submitted and losing the activity associated with that contact.

  6. Create company templates

    Within the new template feature, make it possible to create company templates so there is no need to duplicate existing emails. This removes the potential of accidentally making changes to live emails.

  7. Social media tracking and automation

    i would like to get social media activity of our contacts to show up in our contact feeds. Did contact twitter or retwitter. Did they like one of our pages on facebook. Did they post a link to our domain in linked in. It would be great if we could then trigger replies and or responses - social media messages etc.

  9. Don't Add Email Activity to Calendar

    When you select 'Email Activity' in the Salesforce Sync setup options, autopilot also creates a calendar item for every email activity - opened, clicked, website visited, etc. This serves no purpose being on my calendar in Salesforce and is very messy.

  10. Show Journeys as a tag on the contact record

    Within the contact record, there are currently summaries for both the Smart Segments and lists a contact is tagged to. It would be great to show what journeys a contact is in and be able to build Smart Segments based on this.

  11. Allow journey stats to be reset after testing

    I test journeys a lot and once they're ready, I'd like to reset the analytics so that future results don't include the test submissions I typically make.

    When you download the form submissions, include a column with a timestamp of when the form was submitted.

  13. Support HTML in Merge Tags

    Ability to parse up HTML via the API with an associated customer record - this could facilitate things such as order summary details, custom html content and so on.

    Currently this is supported by mandrill and mailchimp.

  15. Add LeadID Parameters from Salesforce

    This allows for email tracking and monitoring that's directly tied to your salesforce leads. It allows for sync from Autopilot to Salesforce and Salesforce to Autopilot at the same time.

  16. Release a Gmail extension for Chrome

    B2B marketers especially need to be able to change Lead / Contact Status with their prospecting and nurturing work. For those of us using Gmail, being able to do simple operations like that - when we know Status can be tied to workflow or campaigns - is helpful. It means we can move Leads from one workflow to another without leaving email.

    Take a look at what Contactually has done in this area; they've simple "programs" (automation / workflow) which are associated with "buckets" (lead states), and an extension that lets one control where contacts are bucketed or not from…

  17. Pipeliner CRM

    It would be great if AP could connect to Pipeliner CRM. Both tools are very highly rated on G2 Crowd. In fact Pipeliner CRM has the highest user feedback rating of all CRMs.
    That's why I moved to their system. However even with Zapier there's no real way to get them to share crucial data.

    .. at the basic level I think it would be as simple (in concept) as when I send a Contact and email via Autopilot and have that email message post in the Pipeliner feed (Contact) so when I go to the CRM I can see…

  18. DKIM settings per RFC recommendation

    After reviewing the DKIM settings for Autopilot I found out that these are not following the recommended settings.

    In the light of proper authentication it would be nice to follow the RFC
    https://tools.ietf.org/html/rfc6376#section-3.6.1

    Validation should accept v=DKIM1; t=s; k=rsa; p= if setup like that in the DNS.

  20. Add 'Text Box' option to Contact record

    As an Admin, I'd like to add a custom field (ie., "Notes") and have the UI be a 'text box/area' rather than a single line 'text'.
