  1. Copying shapes

    It would be of great help just to click on a few shapes, select, copy and paste them as needed, on the same journey or on new ones. Now, if we need to repeat some shapes of a journey, we are forced to duplicate the entire journey it and work from that.

  2. Make it possible to choose witch field should be set up as unique identifier

    So customers that have the same email in families or have different accounts (business) still can get their information.

  3. Ability to send emails by the recipients their time zone. (ex. Everyone receives at their 7am)

    Just rather than sending at a time and people are receiving at 7am, 8am, 9am and 10am - they are just receive at the designated time in the time zone they are in.

  4. Add phone number to Proactive Headsup

    Thing is now becoming more integrated into autopilot, I think it is Important that we be able to collect phone numbers as well as emails in the proactive heads up pop up

  5. Please add Wistia to your updated email editor as a video option.

    The BeeFree updated editor allows us to embed YouTube and Vimeo and I use Wistia. I would love to be able to use wistia for my videos.

  7. Automate AB Testing

    I saw the general AB testing feature was already added so I want to add the ability to choose winners based on either an amount of winning traffic or a number of days. Automatic is key.

  8. Add a "last contacted" property

    Add a build-in property on all users with the last contacted time, based on all communications going from AP (or if data is sent to that property and overrides the automatic input).

    Could be helpful when users are in multiple journeys at the time time and there are potentially many delivery time conflicts.

  10. Browse, Score, Segment, Create Journeys for Anonymous Visitor Records.

    Recommendation:
    Contain related visits, page views, sent/seen HUMs, and fields/data points such as IP based info, created date, (custom fields - like lead score, lead rank, etc).

    Most of which is already being housed somewhere in AP because on email click, form or HU conversion the history flows from the annonymous visitor to the contact.

    Problem:
    The proactive headsup criteria is OR based logic on pageview activity only. I need to be able to treat anonymous visitor just like a lead or contact with the exception of being able to email, txt, or LOB them.

  12. zapier trigger

    Add a new Zapier Action: "Trigger Journey" (similar to the API's Trigger Journey call)

    Currently, you can add a contact to a list via Zapier and use the List Trigger however for recurring events (Ex: eCommerce purchases) the contact must be removed from the list prior to the Zap coming in or else they will not be re-triggered in the journey.

    A Zapier Trigger Journey action would allow for contacts to be triggered into the same journey by consecutive zaps without an odd operational task of removing the contact from a list.

  13. Eject individual contacts from a journey

    Instead of creating a new list and adding them to a journey ejection. It would be easier to remove them from a journey similar to removing from a list on their contact profile.

  14. Historical log of Published Journey events, with snapshot

    Sometimes you forget what your journey configuration was previously, or perhaps other members may publish over what you have built. A log of timestaps for when previous publishes were made for a journey would be quite helpful, preferably with a snapshot of what the journey looked like then.

  15. Global variables

    I'd love to have the ability to establish and change global variables that could be used in emails. Thee might be used to discuss the curresnt weather or the value of a certain stock. You could call these and use them across segments.

  16. Zapier: Include User added to smart segment as a trigger

    Currently "added to list" is a trigger in Zapier. It would be useful to have also "added to smart segment" as a trigger in Zapier.

  18. Zendesk Integration

    We'd like to be able to evaluate Zendesk data to make a decision within a Journey. IE # of recently created tickets, Zendesk custom fields, etc.

    We have our Zendesk broken down into categories, we'd need to be able to filter based on these categories. IE a support ticket is very different from a strategic ticket with the customer success manager.

  19. Manage emails without being in a journey. I just want a link to manage the emails.

    I don't want to have to open a journey, and find a send email, and click manage existing to see the list of emails.

    I just want to be able to open up a link and get straight at the emails.

  20. Expand --today-- functionality to allow operations such as --today+3--

    Currently you can update a date field to today's date by inserting --today-- into the update field action. Please expand this so we can do operations such as --today+3-- to set a date field to be three days from today.
