  1. Sync with commas for dollar amounts from SFDC

    We store dollar amounts in SFDC such as 4,000. Currently AP does not support this so the amount sync's as 4000. Please support dollar amounts instead of just whole number and numbers with decimals as this doesn't necessarily always works.

  2. Enhanced HeadsUp Functionality

    Enhanced "bot" functionality. The abilities of auto reply in text would be nice to see something similar with HeadsUp. "Smart" responses would be a fantastic addition.

    It would be great to have native integration with Mailmunch for lead capturing. They have a free plan for their basic products, so a cost-effective solution for small businesses.

  4. Option to set preview/pre-header text within the editor

    I'm aware that preview text can be set within the code of an email, but it would be hugely helpful to make this an option somewhere within the visual editor.

    There are times when we'll want to use mainly images in an email, and need greater control over how the preview text appears, without having to tinker around in the back end.

  5. Campaign trigger radio buttons to freeze instead of the info paragraph

    When a journey is published the radio button choices (members currently in a campaign or members added in the future or members currently in this campaign and added in the future) still remain as an easy visual reference instead of removing of them and have the paragraph with the information underneath.

  6. Allow 'annotations' in the 'insights' view on journey canvas

    I have several journeys's in one canvas, and as I cannot see my annotation labels and line segmentation, it is hard to discern which journey is which...

  7. Ability to load autopilot tag through segment (destination)

    All marketing tools that act as a segment destination no longer need you to manually add javascript tracking code. It really makes no sense that autopilot requires this . Even the most heavy of tools like fullstory or amplitude don't require this.

  8. Improve Pipedrive Deal Stage Check to allow stage > or < a stage (or allow multiple checks)

    Pipedrive Deal Stages are linear. You don't want to move people backwards in the stages, but when setting a stage ATM, you need to check all possible forward ones to avoid moving backwards.

    Allowing multiple stages (match any) or allowing checking if stage < certain stage would solve this.

    i.e. avoid the diamond (which could get much worse with more stages) in this screenshot

  16. Give us the ability to make the Headsup feature show permanently

    I noticed headsup only shows to anonymous website visitors once, then they don't see it again.

    I'd like to use it to collect leads, whether the potential lead has visited my website before or not.

    I creating a journey and used a page-visited action, with the show headsup action, but this didn't work.

    It would be great if you could give the option to permanently show it.

  17. List usage feature: quickly see where a list is being used

    When you open a List, you should be able to see where that list is being used (i.e. what Journeys it is attached to).

    This feature is already 90% there: if you try to delete a list that is part of an active Journey, an error pops up saying it "cannot be deleted because it is being used in the following journeys" (see attached screenshot), but the problem is you can't see where it is being used unless you try to delete it!

    Please give us the ability to see list usage without having to "delete" our lists!

  18. Make it possible to edit the details of a contact directly from their profile page

    When I'm looking at my bounced emails, I notice many of them bounce because of incorrectly entered email address, e.g. @gmai.com, @ahoo.com etc.

    When I clicked on the contact and see the error, I have to go back to the list of contacts and click on edit from there. Would be great to be able to edit it from multiple places.

  20. Show who opened mail on mail statistics page

    I want to be able to see who opened a specific mail when I am looking at its analytics inside the journey live-view by clicking an email analytics button. Currently, i get to see all kinds of info like opens/bounces etc. but not who opened. From within that window i AM able to add everyone who opened the mail to a list, or export everyone who opened the mail to a CSV file, but seeing who opened straight away would be much more convenient.
