Add a form builder that utilizes progressive profiling
Collecting data about your prospects in a way that is never annoying is crucial to inbound marketing.
Progressive profiling (where you can progressively ask for different information in forms, based on the information you already have in your database) is one of the best ways of building buyer profiles.
This needs to be powered by the automation system, since that's where the database is housed.
Adding a form builder with this functionality would be a big step forward for Autopilot.

Eject individual contacts from a journey
Instead of creating a new list and adding them to a journey ejection. It would be easier to remove them from a journey similar to removing from a list on their contact profile.

SMS link to when user click on the link seen as Contact Not Anonymous
When a User clicks on a Journey Email, Autopilot Connect the dots and see the traffic as X user, this is not happening on SMS links to the website so traffic is all Anonymous.

Custom Field Comparison Condition
Include a condition where you can compare a numerical or date custom field (1) is greater than, less than, before or after (etc) to another custom field (2) of the same type. This condition could be used in segments and to perform actions.

Add custom variables that can be filled with the trigger API
Allow to create a email template and fill the variables using the api trigger instead of filling the value on each contact.

Make it possible to choose witch field should be set up as unique identifier
So customers that have the same email in families or have different accounts (business) still can get their information.

Ability to send emails by the recipients their time zone. (ex. Everyone receives at their 7am)
Just rather than sending at a time and people are receiving at 7am, 8am, 9am and 10am - they are just receive at the designated time in the time zone they are in.

Add phone number to Proactive Headsup
Thing is now becoming more integrated into autopilot, I think it is Important that we be able to collect phone numbers as well as emails in the proactive heads up pop up

Multiple team members for proactive headsup
Add multiple team members to the proactive heads-up so that it's not just the same person each time. Maybe allow A/B testing to see who receives the most responses/opens as well!

Auto-capitalize names within form submissions
Auto-capitalise all names within a form submission - it sucks to deliver a message to a recipient with a lowercase on their name, even if that is how they submitted it, all names should be capitalized and it should be a SUPER easy fix that ensures all messaging is as professional as possible!

If the journey has multiple calls to action, it would be great to set multiple goals to track each call to action separately.

Add functionality to merge contacts and/or link contacts that can be identified as duplicates (emails and/or phone may vary). Ideally, combine their histories of interactions.

Please add Wistia to your updated email editor as a video option.
The BeeFree updated editor allows us to embed YouTube and Vimeo and I use Wistia. I would love to be able to use wistia for my videos.

Proactive heads up should be able to appear in the middle of the page
allow the proactive headsup to appear as a full pop up in the middle of the page, and not only as a small rectangle at the bottom, which users can barely see

Automate AB Testing
I saw the general AB testing feature was already added so I want to add the ability to choose winners based on either an amount of winning traffic or a number of days. Automatic is key.

Segment Activity Feed
Currently contacts have an activity feed showing all activities related to that contact that have occurred over time. I feel it would be a useful feature to have an activity feed for Smart Segments so you can see when & who has been added / removed to / from a smart segment from the perspective of a smart segment directly.
Only other way of seeing this is to check each contact individually. This would prove a useful view for debugging journeys based on smart segment membership too :)

Whitelabel of click-tracking domain
Customize the click-tracking domain - add white labeling option to use the business domain as a tracking domain - example email.compnay.com
