  1. Add delay until certain date

    I want to be able to trigger an action afer an specific date has come. So in order to do this, you´ll have to amplify the add delay not only to specific amount of days or hours, also to an specific date (like the Time Trigger that you guys already have).

  2. Include "Customer Search" into Zapier Integration

    This would allow a lookup of an existing customer using any field (similar to Google Sheets' lookup) so we can find a customer in Zapier and use what info they have in a specific field in other Zaps. Currently the only way to do this is if Autopilot is the trigger - very limiting!

  3. to allow us to modify dashboard graph

    I find the main dashboard graph a little bit useless. It'll be better to allow us to change the graph. For example, to diplay a graphic with the numeber of emails sent vs clicked emails and so on.

  4. Email Change via segment

    Hello as per feature from https://autopilothq.uservoice.com/forums/284270-autopilot-feedback-forum/suggestions/11728722-email-update-from-segment

    The feature was implemented to allow change in email address as per : https://autopilothq.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/206714873-Segment-FAQ

    But there seems to be two things I observed :

    1. Its not working as expected and havent heard anything from support yet about it, waiting for reply.

    2. The need to change email says :

    traits: {
    email: "original@email.com",
    _NewEmail: "new@email.com"
    }

    but segment allows to have multiple integrations at a time, while we send the data in above format, the other integrations will continue to get old email data. Instead something like :

  7. Add a 'Delete Contact' Action

    We need a 'Delete Contact' action. I understand that's a permanent action that can't be undone, and hence can understand why you probably chose to leave it off the public action list... But in our case we do really need it! Could it not exist there but with a warning?

    Here's our use case:
    We have an app that is growing very fast in popularity
    ALL users who install the app are added as AutoPilot contacts and enter journeys.
    However a substantial portion of users (60%) uninstall the app. Sure, yes we want to chase them a little - maybe…

  8. Let me edit the name and criteria of my smart segments without duplicating them.

    I have some smart segments that are integrated within journeys and stuff that I already have scheduled. I want to edit the criteria of one of my smart segments, but the only way to do this is to duplicate. If I duplicate, then I'll need to re-integrate the new smart segment, which takes a bit of time. Editing the criteria would keep any smart segments that are integrated in journeys the same without needing to adjust anything else.

  9. Use Salesforce Reports as a Sync Source

    There is a limitation with Autopilot salesforce sync where it can sync leads, accounts, contacts invididually. However if you want to sync all contacts for a particular filtered list of accounts, you cannot.

    It would be great to allow Autopilot to sync from Salesforce reports. In salesforce there are special Join reports that can pull all contacts and leads. The idea being that you do you filtering in Salesforce and allow Autopilot just to pull the feed. No filtering needed on Autopilot side.

    I believe Mailchimp uses this strategy as well as ActOn.

  10. Undo Unpublished Changes on the Email

    Email editor is funky that it will only show you the latest version with unpublished changes.

    What if you don't remember what changed over time and want to just revert?

    Right now you'd have to duplicate the published version from the Manage Existing list. That is a pain.

    If I want to vamp on the subject line a little bit, I shouldn't need to worry about never knowing what the last published version of said subject line may have been..

  11. Allow the side sub-menu to be expandable.

    Some of my Smart Segment names are pretty long and I'm unable to see their names without clicking on them because the side bar is not adjustable.

    The other option is to move this to the same management view as Journeys.

    When I click on a folder in Journeys I can see all the journeys in that folder before selecting a folder.

    Same should be with Contacts. Selecting a folder should show all the lists and smart segments in that folder and allow you to order them/select them.

  12. provide support for segment.io array and object fields

    Autopilot currently does not support array or object fields for segment.io integration. Would be very useful if it did, even it was a concatenation/conversation to string.

  13. Let contacts re-enable email permissions

    We use Autopilot capture emails when people want to download our reports.

    I have had a couple cases where a contact has unsubscribed from all email communications. Sometime after they want to download a report but this won't work because we are not allowed to send them any emails. They complain to us that they are not getting the report regardless of how many times they submit the form.

    At the moment, Autopilot does not offer a way to re-subscribe contacts other than manually going to their page in Autopilot. It would be awesome if there was an automatic way…

  14. Shopify integration

    Similar deep integration how Klaviyo has currently. For instance:

    • How much revenue a customer has done
    • When the last order was, and how many orders have been placed by customer
    • Based on order status (fulfilled, cancelled etc)
    • Which products were ordered
    • Demographic data from shopify (location, age, etc)

  15. Ability to see shape details on the Live View screen of a Journey

    When viewing the Live View screen of a Journey you can't see details of each shape's configuration. Enhance the Live View to display a read only display of each shapes configuration when clicking on the shape.

  16. Customize what fields are shown in contacts overview - including custom fields

    In the Customer (and list, smart segment etc) views I can only the and sort by the fields 'Name', ' company', 'email', 'source', 'status' and 'created'.

    It would be really helpful if it was possible to customize what fields are shown in the overview - including custom fields.

    So the benefit is it cuts down the number of fields on the form by one., also allow you to use --First Name-- in your emails.

  20. Allow using event variables in transactional emails (e.g. line items on an invoice)

    Today, the transactional email capabilities in Autopilot are limited. Yes, you can now have a contact run the same journey twice, by flagging it as transactional. However, this is only useful for generic transactional emails like a password reset.

    If you want to include more custom content in transactional emails, Autopilot is not a feasible solution, because it can only pull template variables from the user's contact record.

    Sending a receipt to a customer thus requires setting a boat load of custom variables on a contact record, which seems like a bad practice and difficult to maintain.
