Allow Heads Up Response to determine journey path
We need to be able to send users on 2 different paths based on "yes" or "no" being the response to a heads up message. This not being an option makes the heads up option very surface level and less engaging than it could be. Thanks!

Activity feed ideas
I think the Activity Feed needs a couple things and these are interconnected.
1) When I'm in the Feed and someone clicks on something , I mostly have no idea who they are so I have to click the record and then see the company..etc. Why not have some feature to show the company name in the Feed or when I hover over the Contact name link show some details in a pop up window

Enable tracking for email addresses/ "mailto:"
We are currently able to track click performance on URLs only (http://) but this is not the case for email addresses (mailto:)

I understand Autopilot is built around leads, but this makes it difficult to execute on ABM strategies - strategies that consider there are multiple decision makers within a B2B deal. Hence, associating leads with accounts and opportunities is manual process, and data is messy. Reporting on ABM’s ROI can be tricky; i.e., it can be hard to quantify the impact of marketing’s engagement with individuals at an account, and on the account opportunity overall. Individualise unsubscribe message
It would be very helpful and makes it more professional to have possibility to change the text which shows up on the confirmation of the unsubscribing. The adaption of this message in English is currently not possible. At least I would like to have possibilities to have a German version.

Send emails from Google accounts (individual email)
The idea would be to be able to link Google apps account to send from individual email addresses via Google SMTP vs autopilots mail server. This would drastically increase deliverability.

Integrate with Thrive Themes
I like to use Thrive Themes to build pages, and Thrive Leads to build forms. Apparently there's something about their forms that can't work with autopilot. There are several possible work around but none exist. It would be nice to see one.

Multi-lingual journeys
Our product comes in multiple languages. We end up duplicating each journey for each language so that every user receives content in their native language. This is very difficult to maintain. It would be awesome to have a single journey which can work with multiple languages.

Add more steps and fields in the Proactive Headsup form
Why having to go through another channel and timing to qualify the lead? At the moment the Proactive Headsup is limited to a "blind" subscription form : would be great to be able to add steps within the same pop-in window with other fields/questions in order to better qualify the lead while they are hot on the site.
