  3. SMS Received: Add "safe message to"

    Similar to the action "Send SMS", I suggest to add a "safe message to" a choosable contact field. This allows to further process the message manually for example to send a notification in Slack etc.

    The sync with Pipedrive is almost complete BUT the sync with the "Organization" field type in Pipedrive is not currently supported.

  6. More fonts

    Allow us to have our brand fonts. For example, my company uses Colfax Black Italic on all the platforms besides Autopilot because it does not have it.

  8. Support Typeform Calculator Variables

    Currently the Typeform Submitted Shape can map to Typeform Fields and Hidden Fields. Other variables such as Score or Price from the Calculator cannot be mapped to Hidden Fields and cannot be mapped in the Typeform Submitted Trigger.

    It would be great if these variables were supported so that different emails can be sent based on quiz results or quote price.

  9. allow the delay function to include merge tags that are date fields

    It would be great when setting a delay to be able to command the delay to perform an action "x" days before/after a date that is specified in a merge tag.

    We have unique deadlines that vary for each contact in autopilot that are merge tags. For example: "3 days after --contract date--" or "7 days before --closing date--".

    This would make your platform so much more versatile just by adding the ability to insert a merge tag into the delay function!

  10. Enable export of a contact's activity data.

    Be able to mass-export such data and then analyse it in another BI tool. For example I'm interested in looking into website browsing patterns of a particular segment of users. To do this manually for thousands of contacts is out of discussion. Being able to export the data and import it into another tool, would be awesome.

  11. Treat UTM Parameters like normal fields

    Having to create Smart Segments to see UTM data sucks.

    I want my UTM data sync'd with Salesforce.

    In theory I think I can accomplish this by creating a Smart Segment Trigger + Salesforce Field Update action for each UTM parameter.

    In practice I haven't tried this yet because that's a lot of extra work.

    Just treat UTM parameters like normal fields!

    Creating a second, hidden field type for UTM parameters seems like extra work for y'all. And it certainly reduces the usability for us users. Bad combo.

  12. Optimize send time for maximum engagement

    Currently you have to test best send times using A/B testing and the delay shape. It would be great if autopilot can automatically calculate (based on users past behavior), when it is the best time to send an email to maximize opening and engagement rate.

  13. Pre-Recorded Voice Call Action

    It is currently possible to create a Twilio action in which a contact is sent an SMS from Twilio when the trigger applies. I would also like to be able to have Twilio automatically call the contact with a pre-recorded (non bot / human) message. This appears to be possible through the Twilio API according to https://www.twilio.com/docs/voice/twiml/play

    We would use this in relation to lead generation campaigns where the person would immediately receive a phone call upon filling out the lead form thanking them for their interest and letting them know the next step in the process or encouraging them…

  14. Copying shapes

    It would be of great help just to click on a few shapes, select, copy and paste them as needed, on the same journey or on new ones. Now, if we need to repeat some shapes of a journey, we are forced to duplicate the entire journey it and work from that.

  15. Sync email activity with Pipdrive

    When a contact receives an email through Autopilot, it would be awesome for the activity to show up in Pipedrive under the corresponding deal. That way when we look at a deal, we can see what information they've already received or what steps of the journey they've already gone through.

  18. Email Tracking for Email sent from Personal Email Domain

    [Copying this idea from another user's post but their title was not clear]

    I would like to send an email to someone from Outlook or Gmail, in a way that AutoPilot tracks whether they have opened my email or not?

    To make this happen, I would send the email to a special autopilot email address such as:

    Trackme-xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx@autopilothq.com

    I would then imagine that the first line of the email (to be stripped when Autopilot resends it) would have a format like this:

    John Recipient johnrecipient@gmail.com Mary Sender marysender@gmail.com

    Autopilot would strip the above line and add tracking pixels before resending…
