  1. Enforce mandatory fields in forms / keep autopilot from submitting the form if only the email address is present

    We have enforced fields, meaning the form cannot be submitted if the fields are empty or do not meet the criteria (e.g. personal email instead of business email). However, autopilot tracks every form submission as long as an email is present. This doesn't allow us to enforce fields and limits us and probably a lot of other marketers as well :(

  2. Check statuscode on webhook for a more advanced personalized journey

    The webhook in journeys does not provide any feedback.
    I'd like the possibility to choose different paths based on statuscode for the webhook request.

  3. Update Pipedrive Labels from Autopilot

    I would like to be able to update Pipedrive deal labels from Autopilot. At the moment I can only update the label on the person.

  6. Enable transactional emails to be sent to unsubscribed contacts

    Transactional emails should not be subject to the contacts preference to unsubscribe from marketing emails. We like to use Autopilot to send out transactional emails like receipts, important event information updates and confirmations. The current process of having to resubscribe a contact in the journey and then unsubscribe them again after a transactional email is sent is over complicated and leaves room for error. Please enable an override function so that transactional emails do not take the unsubscribe preference into consideration.

  7. A way to leave notes against a contact

    I know I could add a custom field to do this, but a specific notes section on a record would be useful.

  8. Streamline phone number formatting in the code

    It's a challenge that in order to search for duplicate contacts we need to search variations of phone number formats because the search function in the contacts section is not set up to do so.

    Meaning I will have to search the same number three times three different ways to see if the contact exists:
    (xxx) xxx-xxxx
    xxxxxxxxxx
    xxx-xxx-xxxx

  9. Provide support for additional, custom parameters in a json-get or json Liquid call

    Currently the customer id and email are hardcoded as the only parameters supplied in json-get or json calls in Liquid. Additional parameters, defined by us in the liquid code, would make this more flexible and useful.

  10. support for multiple json-get or json in liquid

    Currently only one json-get is supported in an email template. We have a situation where will always have a signature block that is valued by a json-get, but this disallows any other dynamic content in the same email template (jn the main body, for example).

    Option for adding a "unsubscribe" link, next to the from adress at the top of an email. This will prevent users to mark it as spam.

  12. Save contact record data

    We're really frustrated to discover that data on an individual contact record is no longer stored past 3-6 months (apparently there is no hard & fast rule, its different per contact?) Considering switching to a new platform because this means we can't create segments referencing past interaction with our platform. It's a huge limitation and really decreases the value of journeys for someone looking to use this for full lifecycle marketing and user engagement/retention.

  13. How is Autopilot supporting Darkmode?

    I'd like to understand how Autopilot will accommodate email compatibility with dark mode as it continues to evolve. We have designed a few emails that look great in normal view, but have had to make a few tweaks to suit users viewing it in dark mode. It ended up compromising the overall look & feel of the email.

    You should have an option to insert/create tables so that contents like opening times, pricing etc can easily be created in the body of the email.

  16. Option to capture Phone # With Headsup Display

    Our business would benefit more from capturing phone numbers through the heads-up display instead of phone numbers. I wish we could have the option to ask for a Phone # along with email.

    There seems to be quite a few people with the same request as me, but no response for 3+ years from Autopilot :(

  17. Webhooks: Variables and Fully Custom Payloads

    Problems:

    1). Body content sent from the Webhook shape currently requires parsing on a custom server in order to properly integrate with some APIs.

    2). You can't send custom user-specific data over the webhook shape (like custom fields, relevant to the user that triggers the shape.) This makes them significantly less useful than they could be.

    Proposed Solutions:

    1). Change the Webhook shape to allow a fully custom payload. Remove the current auto-generated one, and allow users to define their own JSON objects to send across.

    2). Allow user-specific variables to be added to the Webhook payloads.

  18. flag when you make a change that won't be applied to contacts

    I'd like to be notified (pop up maybe) when I make a change that won't be applied to contacts that are in a journey. I.e. if I change a delay to a longer delay and the contacts are already enrolled in that delay, it should pop up with a notification saying 'this change won't apply for 2345 contacts in this journey'

  19. Personalization in media link

    Allowing the media link (and any outbound content for that matter) should be processed by the personalization engine before sending to the recipient... providing mass customization at scale.

    Example: each recipient has their own stored image urls, but its not possible to insert the customization tag into the media link filed, only a static image.

  20. pipedrive Lead shape

    Add a Shape that creates Leads (not Deals) in Pipedrive. This way, you can distinguish different user interactions based on their value. E.g. a click on a link creates a lead (minor interest assumed), while a reply creates a deal (major interest assumed).
