So the good news is that it is possible to accomplish what you are after here. You need to make a smart segment with the "Has not opened" criteria and then either add a delay in your journey after the email send and then a condition, like:

Send Email -> Delay 1 day -> Check if email has not been opened segment -> Next action

The reason we can't have "has not opened" on the outcome wheel is because it would trigger immediately. Because when an email is first sent, no one has opened it. The only way to do it would be to specify the time after which it is not considered opened and then trigger.

We’ve added an AB Split action and you can learn how to use it to do an email AB split test here: https://support.autopilothq.com/hc/en-us/articles/206308443-Action-AB-Split. We’re actively reviewing your feedback on further AB testing features. Thanks for all of your input.

Hi there, if you check out https://autopilothq.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/206308443-Action-AB-Split towards the bottom I've added a video walking you through how to duplicate your email so you can test something specific, like the subject line. Hope this helps!

Hi everyone, there isn't currently an official way to do this, so if you have a need for a sandbox account please create another free trial account (see https://support.autopilothq.com/hc/en-us/articles/115002130026-How-can-I-create-and-manage-multiple-accounts-) and then contact our support team who can assist you. We'll be exploring creating an official process in the future.

Please note that the provisioning of a sandbox account is entirely subject to our discretion.

Hi Jacob, thanks for the suggestion.

While we'll leave this suggestion on the forum, you could actually achieve this currently using UTM parameters in your links. If you take a look at https://autopilothq.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/204972905 it will give you some pointers (it was written for a slightly different purpose but the approach is the same). If you'd like assistance just contact our support team: https://autopilothq.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/requests/new.
