    An additional comment here is to allow a different set of default fields on the edit contact screen so that custom fields which are used all the time are present by default.

    Custom triggers are now possible using our REST Hooks as part of our API, please see the documentation at:

    http://developers.autopilothq.com/getting-started

    And then click through to the API documentation and the REST Hook section.

    Custom Actions are coming soon.
