Hi Everyone - here’s a quick fix for accessing Autopilot on your IPad or phone:

    1. Login to Autopilot via Chrome on your device.

    2. Autopilot will load with limited functionality. Then click the ‘three dots’/burger menu button at the top right of your browser and select ‘Request desktop version’.

    3. Autopilot will reload with all the normal functionality.

A mobile app would be ideal, but in the meantime this will at least get you what you need.

Also see the 'Format Dates' section of this article for further info: https://support.autopilothq.com/hc/en-us/articles/204376055-Adding-personalization-variables

All - Ròisín at Autopilot came up with this solution for us, which effectively fixes the problem for us for merge fields in emails / sms:

    --DateTimeField=!%B DD, YYYY--

Where "DateTimeField" is replaced by the name of the date field you need to reformat. The result would produce "September 04, 2019" for a US date format of 09/04/19.

Hope you all find this as helpful as I did!

Pretty disappointing that it works this way, since the dates can be imported in AUS format, show in AUS format on profiles, but then are reformatted in email merge fields. Seems silly that we can't display the data in the same format it appears on profiles.

Thanks for posting this - I was about to make the same suggestion. From what I've seen, it won't let us publish the journey unless we have an active trigger present, so to sunset a journey we've been replacing the original triggers with 'dummy' triggers that reference non-existent criteria, preventing any new people from entering. But for the sake of preserving the original journey criteria as a reference of the nature of that journey, it would be better to be able to select this as an option alongside the other three trigger criteria (existing, new, new and existing).
