Allow incremental updates to user fields
We have a complex web app, so the user journey is not a linear/explicit one. What we'd rather do is add points to users based on e.g. company and types of actions taken, so at some point they mature into sales-qualified opportunities and are moved to Salesforce for the sales team to contact directly.
So, I'd like to be able to do an incremental add to a custom user field, e.g. when a user invites a friend, we add +10 points to their "Points" field for every invited user.
Now we'd need to track the points in a separate place and then push them to Autopilot when they're changed.

We have a great need for this functionality when managing user subscriptions. We need to be able to says that a user has X number of days left on their subscription, and then update this number when a user buys more days for subscription.

We have a similar situation, where we want to trigger emails based on the number of times a user performed (or didn't perform) a certain action. For example, if they have invited more than 1 other user to our app, we don't need to remind them to do that anymore. If they invited more than 5 users, we want to contact them with an email that offers support.

I agree - especially for cold sales where we want to measure the lead's 'warmth'
