Unsubcribe preference page
We have multiple products that we send product updates,Marketing, news emails about. We would like a landing page for users to manage their email list preferences themselves. This way when a user clicks unsubscribe they are shown the lists they are currently on so that can be removed from just that or all lists from our organisation. This way if that are on the marketing list they might want to just be in the product updates only list.

Is this feature available by now?

Much needed, included an optional re-direct to a custom URL, or embed the form on our own website.

+1 million for this! our company is going to end up building a prefs center ourselves, but it would be amazing if Autopilot had one.

I am surprised to find that this isn't an option for this product, as it has been available in all other EMS I have worked with.

I totally agree - we need this feature!

Would like this for sure. Any feedback from Autopilot as to whether this is a feature on the roadmap?

There's no good way for people to re-subscribe themselves to our lists or to get a confirmation that they have unsubscribed, or to what, in current system. This is my main beef and it's becoming an increasingly important one. We'll outgrow Autopilot in the next year if this isn't solved, and it's too bad because we really love it otherwise. Also, editable smart segments. Seriously.

+1 on this - would love to give users ability to unsub from newsletter specific emails vs. product updates etc.

I'd like to second Peter and Casey with regards to managing how "Unsubscribe" is implemented. It would be very helpful to have a client opt out of blog or webinar notices, but still be subscribed to a release notes newsletter.
At the very least, showing them our social sites and/or a custom message would be nice.

It would be great to offer someone the ability to unsubscribe from one type of email such as "sales", "success" or "marketing" rather than unsubscribe across the board. I'm assuming this would also mean each email or journey would need to be given a category/tag (Sales, success, marketing, etc.).

+1 on this, I'd like to humanize the unsubscribe and ask them to follow on social. Would also like to put an "oops, would you like to resubscribe" link, or maybe an email preferences center like Pardot offers where they can reduce the email frequency instead of unsubscribing completely.

I've tried to hack a solution to this using salesforce, it kinda works, but it's not a perfect solution. It would be awesome if autopilot could handle this!

Definitely needed. I've tried to create a form that pushes the data into salesforce to create unsubscribe pots but as of yet it doesn't seem to work.

Agree. Hope Autopilot can have 'Creating Custom Email Preference Pages' function.
