Build live chat functionality
You're halfway there with heads up already. Intercom's admin is mediocre and their pricing is confusing. Livechat is poorly designed.
Please save the day. I want to just use autopilot.

100% agree! Heads up is great, but it feels like you guys stopped half way onto something really awesome. Also, not so nice in terms of customer experience to start a chat and have your contact person disappear, right after grabbing your name and email.
Please add full chat functionality!

We're in process of implementing and a key question is what to do with customer support and current Intercom setup. We'd like to use AP for onboarding and customer success - but Intercom is stronger on customer support with live chat and cs tracking.. Would be great to know if this is on the roadmap!

As you said, it is half way there. A real miss not to have it integrated. Any plan to add it so that we at least know if we plan for it or use other chat options.

100% agree. A lot of our work with Autopilot is bringing potential customers to our site, where having a chat would help us advance them even further. Headsup is a start, but many people think it is a chat and I would say 30-40% of the responses are "Hi" (full stop- that's it). Their feedback when we contact them is that they thought it was a chat like Intercom.

Definitely would be a HUGE feature! We're using Autopilot but patching things together with other chat apps... not ideal

We use Intercom and other email automation tool. A live chat is the only thing that keeps us from change to Autopilot.
