Account Based Marketing (ABM)/ Account Level Activity Feed/ Account Specific Heads Up
I understand Autopilot is built around leads, but this makes it difficult to execute on ABM strategies - strategies that consider there are multiple decision makers within a B2B deal. Hence, associating leads with accounts and opportunities is manual process, and data is messy. Reporting on ABM’s ROI can be tricky; i.e., it can be hard to quantify the impact of marketing’s engagement with individuals at an account, and on the account opportunity overall. Hence, if Autopilot supported an account-level view - an Activity Feed for the Account for example - it would be helpful. Moreover, being able to program the Heads Up Display based on the account a lead belongs to would be an exceptional feature!

I've been doing a lot of manual work to keep track of ABM through Autopilot and would love some more features around the account. I realize that sometimes company data can be messy, so I've been exporting email reports and pivoting based on email domain.
If there could be a way to create a smart segment that's based on a pivot, that would be cool. Like show me everyone who opened email A, but group by domain? Just a thought.
