    You can do this kind of journey flow with MS Dynamics Marketing, which like CRM is a beast once all setup, but an all setup system is expensive, and that's why I like Autopilot. But we should have the same functionality as Autopilot offer to Salesforce in CRM.

  2. Split custom field "Full Name" into --First Name-- --Last Name-- field automatically via the Field Update function.
